Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 후방 등화장치에 관한 것으로, 차량을 운행하는 중에 긴급상황이 발생되어 브레이크 페달을 밟는 경우 제동램프(Break Lamp)에 연동하여 표시램프(Marker Lamp)를 점등함으로써 후방 차량측으로의 시각 인지성을 향상시킴으로써 후방 차량과의 충돌사고를 예방하도록 하는 자동차의 후방 등화장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 후방 등화장치는 야간에 차량 주행하는 중에 제동을 하는 경우 제동램프만으로 후방 차량에게 제동상태를 알려주므로, 램프의 과량이 부족하여 그 제동상태를 후방 차량의 운전자에게 명확히 인지시킬 수 없게 되어 충돌사고를 유발하게 될 우려가 있으며, 또한 제동램프의 필라멘트가 끊어져 제동램프가 동작하지 않게되는 경우 제동램프가 점등되지 않음으로 인하여 제동상태를 후방 차량의 운전자에게 인지시킬 수 없게 되어 충돌사고를 유발하게 될 우려가 있다.
본 발명은 차량을 운행하는 중에 긴급상황이 발생되어 브레이크 페달을 밟는 경우 제동램프에 연동하여 표시 램프를 점등함으로써 후방 차량측으로의 시각 인지성을 향상시킴과 동시에 제동램프가 고장난 경우 표시램프가 제동램프 대신의 보조역할을 수행하게 함으로써 후방 차량과의 충돌사고를 예방할 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 온되면 전원(Vcc)을 연결하는 미등스위치(SW1)와, 상기 미등스위치(SW1)를 통해 전류가 인가되면 점등되는 미동램프(10)와, 제동등 스위칭(SW2)가 온되면 전원(Vcc)을 연결하는 릴레이(RY1)와, 상기 릴레이(RY1)로부터 전류가 인가되면 점등되는 제동램프(30)를 구비하는 자동차의 후방 등화장치에 있어서, 상기 미등스위치(SW1)를 통해 전류를 인가받아 제1광량의 광을 발생하고 상기 릴레이(RY1)를 통해 전류를 인가받아 상기 제1광량 보다 큰 제2광량의 광을 발생하는 표시램프(40)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 후방등화장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표시램프(40)는 상기 미등스위치(SW1)를 통해 전류를 인가받아 제1광량의 광을 발생하는 제1필라멘트와, 상기 릴레이(RY1)를 통해 전류를 인가받아 제2광량의 광을 발생하는 제2필라멘트를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 후방 등화장치.
  3. 온되면 전원(Vcc)을 연결하는 미등스위치(SW1)와, 상기 미등스위치(SW1)를 통해 전류가 인가되면 점등되는 미등램프(10)와, 제동등 스위치(SW2)가 온되면 전원(Vcc)을 연결하는 릴레이(RY1)와, 상기 릴레이(RY1)로부터 전류가 인가되면 점등되는 제동램프(30)를 구비하는 자동차의 후방 등화장치에 있어서, 상기 제1릴레이(RY1)를 통해 전류가 인가되면 상기 미등스위치(SW1)로부터의 전류를 연결하는 제2릴레이(RY2)와, 상기 미등스위치(SW1)를 통해 전류를 인가받아 제1광량의 광을 발생하고 상기 제2릴레이(RY2)를 통해 전류를 인가받아 상기 제1과량보다 큰 제2광량의 광을 발생하는 표시램프(50)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 후방 등화장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 표시램프(50)는 상기 미등스위치(SW1)를 통해 전류를 인가받아 제1광량의 광을 발생하는 제1필라멘트와, 상기 제2릴레이(RY2)를 통해 전류를 인가받아 상기 제2광량의 광을 발생하는 제2필라멘트를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 후방 등화장치.
