Abstract
본 발명에 의한 전원전압의 저전압레벨 검출회로는 입력되는 전원전압의 파형에서 검출하고자 하는 임계레벨의 검출시간을 조정하기 위한 시정수조정부와, 전원전압이 제1저항을 통해 인가되어 온/오프 동작되며, 시정수조정부에 의해 시정수가 조정된 출력파형이 입력단에 입력되고, 출력단은 접지된 제2저항과 직렬연결되는 스위칭소자와, 스위칭소자의 출력단과 제2저항의 사이에 병렬접속되어, 전원전압에서 임계레벨의 검출신호을 출력하게 되는 인버터를 포함하여 이루어진다.

Claims (4)
- 전원전압의 저전압레벨 검출회로에 있어서, 입력되는 전원전압의 파형에서 검출하고자하는 임계레벨의 검출시간을 조정하기 위한 시정수조정부와, 상기 전원전압이 제1저항을 통해 인가되어 온/오프 동작되며, 상기 시정수조정부에 의해 시정수가 조정된 출력파형이 입력단에 입력되고, 출력단은 일단이 접지된 제2저항과 직렬연결되는 스위칭소자와, 상기 스위칭소자의 출력단과 상기 제2저항의 사이에 병렬접속되어, 상기 스위칭소자의 출력에 의한 상기 전원전압의 임계레벨을 검출신호를 출력하게 되는 인버터를 포함하여 이루어지는 전원전압의 저전압레벨 검출회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시정수조정부는 상기 전원전압이 입력되는 다이오드와, 상기 다이오드의 출력이 통과하여 상기 스위칭소자의 입력단에 입력되도록 하는 저항과, 상기 저항의 출력에 일단이 병렬연결되고, 또 다른 단은 접지되는 캐패시터로 이루어지는 것이 특징인 전원전압의 저전압레벨 검출회로.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭소자는 피엔피 트렌지스터 또는 피모스 트렌지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 전원전압의 저전압레벨 검출회로.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭소자는 엔피엔 트렌지스터 또는 엔모스 트렌지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 전원전압의 저전압레벨 검출회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
