Abstract

본 발명은 희박연소엔진을 장착한 차량에 있어서 이론공연비에 의한 운전과 희박공연비에 의한 운전을 각기 달리 제어하기 위한 제어시스템에 관한 것으로 이를 위해 각종센서로부터 얻어지는 정보에 기초하여 피드백 제어하므로써 엔진의 혼합기 공급을 제어하게 되는 엔진제어장치를 갖는 차량에 있어서, 상기 엔진제어장치는 이론공연비의 연소시에는 미리 설정된 보정값에 이론공연비시의 기본분사량을 곱한 값이 되도록 연료분사량을 결정하여 연소시킨 후 다시 λ센서에 의하여 배기가스중에 함유된 산소량을 검출하여 피드백 제어하는 과정을 반복하되 상기와 같이 얻어진 피드백 값은 다음 분사량을 결정하게 되는 보정값에 카운팅되어 엔진제어장치의 램에 저장되므로써 새로운 보정값을 형성하게 되며, 희박공연비의 연소시에는 상기 램에 저장된 보정값에 희박공연비시의 기본 분사량을 곱한 값으로 연료분사량을 결정토록 하므로써λ-센서에 의한 피드백 제어를 생략한 채 목표공연비에 접근토록 오픈제어하게 됨을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 각종센서로부터 얻어지는 정보에 기초하여 피드백 제어하므로써 엔진의 혼합기 공급을 제어하게 되는 엔진제어장치를 갖는 차량에 있어서, 상기 엔진제어장치는 이론공연비의 연소시에는 미리 설정된 보정값에 이론공연비시의 기본분사량을 곱한 값이 되도록 연료분사량을 결정하여 연소시킨 후 다시 λ센서에 의하여 배기가스중에 함유된 산소량을 검출하여 피드백 제어하는 과정을 반복하되 상기와 같이 얻어진 피드백 값은 다음 분사량을 결정하게 되는 보정값에 카운팅되어 엔진제어장치의 램에 저장되므로써 새로운 보정값을 형성하게 되며, 희박공연비의 연소시에는 상기 램에 저장된 보정값에 희박공연비시의 기본 분사량을 곱한 값으로 연료분사량을 결정토록 하므로써λ-센서에 의한 피드백 제어를 생략한 채 목표공연비에 접근토록 오픈제어하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 희박연소엔진 차량에 있어서의 공연비 제어시스템.
