제1도는 본 발명방법을 설명하는 블록도, 제2a도 내지 제2f도는 본 발명방법에 의거해서 경시적으로 변화하는 공연비의 출력이나 각 특성치의 파형도, 제3도는 본 발명방법을 채용한 엔진제어장치의 개략구성도.
Claims (6)
- 내연기관에 공급되는 연료의 공급경로에 배치되어 메탄올의 제1혼합율을 검출하는 혼합율센서, 내연기관의 배기중의 공연비정보를 농후와 희박의 판정전압을 중심으로 경시적으로 증감시켜 출력한는 O2센서 및 이O2센서의 출력을 사용해서 적어도 적분제어를 포함한 연산방법에 의해서 공연비피이드백 보정계수를 산출해서, 내연기관에 공급되는 혼합기의 공연비가 소정의 목표치가 되도록 연료공급량을 조정하는 연료제어수단을 가진 내연기관을 위한 연료혼합율검출방법에 있어서, 제1소정시간 마다 상기 적분제어에 의한 피이드백보정계수의 요소에 의거해서 구해진 피이드백학습치를 현행의 혼합율보정계수에 승산해서 다음회의 혼합율보정계수를 산출하고, 이 다음회의 혼합율 보정계수로부터 제2혼합율을 구하고, 피이드백보정계수에 피이크치가 생길때마다 현행의 피이크치와 전회의 피이크치로 부터 산출된 피이크평균치를, 현행의 혼합율보정계수에 승산해서 다음회의 혼합율보정계수를 산출하고, 이 다음회의 혼합율보정계수로부터 제3혼합율을 구하고, 내연기관의 운전조건에 따라서 상기 제1, 제2 또는 제3혼합율을 선택하는 것을 특징으로하는 연료혼합율검출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내연기관의 정지시에는 그때 사용하고 있었던 혼합율을 메모리하고, 그후의 시동시에 이 메모리된 혼합율을 소정시간 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 연료혼합율검출방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소정시간이 경과한 후에는 제1혼합율을 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 연료혼합율검출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, O2센서의 활성후에는 먼저 제3혼합율을 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 연료혼합율검출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2혼합율이 검출된 후에는 제2혼합율을 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 연료혼합율검출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2혼합율 또는 제3혼합율이 소정시간내에 소정치이상 변화했을때에는 제1혼합율을 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 연료혼합율검출방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
