Abstract

본 발명은 교류 전류 AC를 이용하여 포유동물에서 혈관과 같은 관강을 폐색하고 또한 혈관 협착 및/또는 전기응혈을 측정하기 위하여 폐색 부위로부터 반사 전류를 모니터하기 위한 장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 교류 전류(AC) 전력 발생기와, 상기 발생기에 전기적으로 접속된 제1전극(바람직하게는 폐색 삽입물)과, 상기 발생기엔 전기적으로 접속되며 상기 발생기와 제1전극과 함께 구동회로를 형성하는 분산 전극과, 그리고 상기 제1전극으로부터 발생기로 반사되는 전력을 모니터하기 위하여 상기 구동회로에 접속된 반사전력 모니터 회로를 포함한다. 이러한 구조에 의하면, 폐색 및 /또는 열적응혈이 정밀하게 검출되어, 포유동물에 위치할 때 제1전극으로 전달되는 전력이 차단된다. 이에 의하면 협착된 혈관에 인접한 조직을 과열시키는 위험이 최소화 또는 제거된다.

Description

관강내부에서의 전기 폐색을 검출하기 위한 장치 및 방법

제1도는 본 발명의 원리에 따라 구성된 내강 폐색장치의 블럭 다이아그램, 제2도 및 3은 1의 장치와 함께 사용하기 위한 기계적으로 분리가능한 폐색장치 조립체로서, 각기 부착 및 분리된 상태를 도시한 도면, 제4도는 도1의 장치와 함께 사용하기 위한 전해에 의해 분리가능한 폐색장치 조립체로서, 가이드와이어, 희생 링크 및 폐색 장치사이의 상호관계를 도시하는 도면.

Claims (16)

  1. 포유동물의 몸체에 관강내부 폐색을 제공하기 위한 장치에 있어서, (1) 교류 전류(AC) 전력 발생기; (2) 상기 발생기에 전기적으로 접속된 제1전극; (3) 상기 발생기에 전기적으로 접속되며 상기 발생기와 제1전극과 함께 구동회도를 형성하는 분산 전극; 및 (4) 상기 제1전극으로부터 발생기로 반사되는 전력을 모니터하기 위하여 상기 구동되로에 접속된 반사 전력 모니터 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관강내부 폐색장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사 전력 모니터 회로는 반사 전력에서 소정의 변화가 발생하면 제1전극으로의AC 전력인가를 변경시키기 위하여 구동회로에 접속된 제어회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관강내부 폐색장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사 전력 모니터 회로를 반사 전력에서 소정의 변화가 발생하면 제1전극으로의 AC 전력인가를 차단하기 위하여 구동회로에 접속된 제어회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관강내부 폐색장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사 전력모니터회로는 반사 전력에서 약 20%의 변화가 발생하면 제1전극으로의 AC전력 인가를 차단하기 위하여 구동회로에 접속된 제어회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관강내부 폐색장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사 전력 모니터 회로를 제1전극으로부터 빈사 신호와 발생기에 의하여 발생된 AC신호를 비교하기 위한 회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관강내부 폐색장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 신장된 도입 부재를 또한 구비하며, 상기 제1전극은 관강내부의 폐색 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 관강내부 폐색장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폐색장치는 도입부재에 기계적으로 분리가능하게 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관강내부 폐색장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폐색장치는 도입부재에 전해적으로 분리가능하게 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관강내부 폐색장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 AC 발생기는 무선 주파수 AC 발생기인 것을 특징으로 하는 관강내부 폐색장치.
  10. 포유동물의 몸체에 관강내부 폐색을 제공하기 위한 장치에 있어서, (1) 교류 전류(AC) 전력 발생기; (2) 상기 발생기에 전기적으로 접속된 제1전극; (3) 상기 발생기에 전기적으로 접속되며 상기 발생기와 제1전극과 함께 구동회로를 형성하는 분산 전극; 및 (4) 반사전력을 모니터하기 위하여 상기 구동회로에 접속된 방향성 커플러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관강내부 폐색장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, AC 발생기는 무선 주파수 발생기인 것을 특징으로 하는 관강내부 폐색장치.
  12. 포유동물의 관강을 폐색하기 위한 방법에 있어서, (1) 포유동물 내부의 소정 부위까지 폐색장치를 도입하는 단계; (2) 폐색장치에 교류전류를 인가하는 단계; 및 (3) 상기 폐색장치로부터 반사 전류를 모니터하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포유동물 관강내부 폐색방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 (2) 단계 이후에 기선 반사전류 신호를 식별하는 단계와, 상기 기선 신호로부터 모니터된 반사 신호 전류에서의 소정의 변화에 응답하여 폐색장치에 대한 교류 전류의 인가를 차단하는 단계를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포유동물 관간 폐색 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 폐색장치로의 AC의 인가는 적어도 약 20%의 반사 전류 변화에 응답하여 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포유동물 관강 폐색 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 AC는 무선 주파수로 폐색장치에 인가되는 것을 특징으로 포유동물 관강 폐색 방법.
  16. 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 (1) 단계 폐색장치에 분리가능하게 접속되어 있는 도입부재를 경유하여 폐색장치를 소정의 부위에 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포유동물 관강 폐색 방법.
