Abstract

본 발명은 필수적으로 에폭시 수지, 틱소트로피 부여제, 필요한 경우 충전제, 폴리카르보디이미드 수지 및 물로 이루어진 에폭시 수지 조성물; 및 상기 에폭시 수지 조성물 및 정화제를 포함하는 에폭시 수지-기재 접착제에 관한 것이다. 상기 에폭시 수지 조성물은 우수한 틱소트로피 및 낮은 점질성을 가지며, 상기 에폭시 수지-기재 접착제는 경화시에 접착제내에 물이 존재함에도 불구하고 금속 부식성 및 내습성을 감소시키지 않으며, 우수한 내열성 및 접착성을 갖는다.

Claims (11)

  1. 필수적으로 에폭시 수지, 틱소트로피 부여제, 필요한 경우 충전제, 폴리카르보디이미드 수지 및 물로 이루어진 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지 100중량부에 대하여 틱소트로피 부여제의 량이 0.1~30중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지 100중량부에 대하여 필요한 경우 사용되는 충전제의 량인 0.1~1000중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지 100중량부에 대하여 폴리카르보디이미드의 량이 0.1~10중량부, 바람직하게는 1~5중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지 100중량부에 대하여 물의 량이 0.01~10중량부, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 5중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  6. 필수적으로 에폭시 수지, 틱소트로피 부여제, 필요한 경우 충전제, 물 및 폴리카르보디이미드 수지로 이루어진 에폭시 수지 조성물 및 경화제를 포함하는 에폭시 수지-기재 접착제.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지 100중량부에 대하여 틱소트로피 부여제의 량이 0.1~30중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지-기재 접착제.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지 100중량부에 대하여 필요한 경우 사용되는 충전제의 량인 0.1~1000중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지-기재 접착제.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지 100중량부에 대하여 폴리카르보디이미드의 량이 0.1~10중량부, 바람직하게는 1~5중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지-기재 접착제.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지 100중량부에 대하여 물의 량이 0.01~10중량부, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 5중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지-기재 접착제.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지 100중량부에 대하여 경화제의 량이 2~200중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지-기재 접착제.
