Abstract

본 발명은 1종 이상의 할로겐, 1종 이상의 Ⅷ족 금속 및 감마 알루미나와 임의로 에타 알루미나를 포함하는 지지체를 포함하는 촉매에 관한 것인 바, 상기 촉매는 상기 지지체의 최소 평균 직경이 0.8mm 내지 2mm이고, 염소 함량은 4.5 내지 15 중량%인 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 촉매의 제조 방법, 바람직하게는 CCl4또는 CHCl3의 존재하에서 염소화(이때, 할로겐은 염소임)시키는 것에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 촉매를 노말 C4-C6파라핀의 이성화에 사용하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (9)

1종 이상의 할로겐, 1종 이상의 Ⅷ족 금속 및 감마 알루미나를 함유하는 지지체를 포함하는 촉매로서, 상기 촉매는 상기 지지체의 최소 평균 직경이 0.8mm 내지 2mm이고, 염소 함량은 4.5 내지 15 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
제1항에 있어서, 지지체가 에타 알루미나를 추가로 포함하는 촉매.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 지지체가 압출물을 주성분으로 하는 촉매.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 지지체는 평균 직경이 0.8mm 내지 2mm인 소구체를 주성분으로 하는 촉매.
제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 감마 알루미나의 비표면적은 150 내지 300㎡/g이고, 공극 부피는 0.4 내지 0.8㎠/g이며; 촉매의 지지체에 에타 알루미나가 존재하는 경우에, 에타 알루미나의 비표면적은 400 내지 600㎡/g이고, 공극 부피는 0.3 내지 0.5㎡/g인 촉매.
제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Ⅷ족 금속은 백금, 팔라듐 및 니켈로 형성된 군에서 선택되는 촉매.
제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 할로겐은 염소인 촉매.
사염화탄소 또는 클로로포름을 사용하여 염소화를 수행하여 제7항의 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항의 촉매 또는 제8항에서 제조한 촉매를 분자당 탄소수 4 내지 6개를 함유한 노말 파라핀을 주로 포함하는 공급물을 이성화시키는 데 사용하는 방법.
