Claims (35)
- (a)석영질인 규칙적 탄소 원자의 다중의 필수적으로 연속적이고 일반적으로 평행한 층인 외부 영역을 갖는 다수의 탄소 피브릴로 구성되는 탄소피브릴 응집물로 구성되는 촉매 지지체; 및(b)상기 응집물 상에 지지된 촉매적으로 효과적 양의 촉매로 구성되는, 유체상 촉매 화학 반응을 수행하기 위한 지지된 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소 피브릴 응집물은 20A이하의 직경을 갖는 미소 구멍이 실질적으로 없는 지지된 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피브릴은 물고기뼈 모양을 갖는 지지된 촉매.
- (a)탄소 피브릴 응집물로 구성되는 촉매 지지체(상기 피브릴 응집물은 상기 피브릴의 중앙축에 실질적으로 평행하게 놓인 규칙적 석영 탄소 원자의 다중적 필수적으로 연속적이고 일반적으로 평행한 층인 외부 영역을 갖는 다수의 탄소 피브릴로 구성되며, 상기 탄소피브릴의 대개는 외경 약3.5-75㎜및 길이 대 직경 비율 적어도 5를 가짐); 및 (b)상기 응집물 상에 지지된 촉매적으로 효과적 양의 촉매로 구성되는, 유체상 촉매 화학 반응을 수행하기 위한 지지된 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 피브릴 응집물은 서로 무작위하게 얽혀 얽힌 구를 형성하는 피브릴, 실질적으로 같은 상대적 배향을 갖는 직선 내지 약간 굽거나 꼬인 탄소 피브릴 뭉치, 또는 서로 느슨하게 얽힌 직선 내지 약간 굽거나 꼬인 피브릴을 포함하는 지지된 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 피브릴 응집물은 20A이하의 직경을 갖는 미소 구멍이 실질적으로 없는 지지된 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 피브릴 응집물은 약2-약8ml/gm의 다공성을 갖는 지지된 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 피브릴 응집물은 약5-약8ml/gm의 다공성을 갖는 지지된 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 피브릴 응집물은 마멸시 약0.5μ의 최소크기를 갖는 지지된 촉매.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 수소 첨가 촉매, Fischer-Tropsch 촉매, 암모니아 합성 촉매, 히드로황 제거 촉매, 카르복실화 촉매, Wacker방법 촉매, 각각의 피브릴-형성 촉매 또는 피브릴 응집물-형성 촉매를 포함하는 지지된 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지된 촉매내 촉매의 양은 지지된 촉매의 중량을 기준으로 약0.01중량%이상인 지지된 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지된 촉매내 촉매의 양은 지지된 촉매의 중량을 기준으로 약50중량%이상인 지지된 촉매.
- (a)규칙적 석영 탄소 원자의 다중의 필수적으로 연속적이고 일반적으로 평행한 층인 외부 영역을 갖는 다수의 탄소 피브릴로 구성되는 탄소피브릴 응집물로 구성되는 촉매 지지체; 및(b)상기 응집물 상에 지지된 촉매적으로 효과적 양의 촉매로 구성되는, 지지된 촉매를 적합한 반응 조건하에서 유체상의 적어도 하나의 반응물과 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는, 유체상으로 촉매 화학 반응을 수행하는 방법.
- (a)탄소 피브릴 응집물로 구성되는 촉매 지지체(상기 피브릴 응집물은 상기 피브릴의 중앙측에 실질적으로 평행하게 놓인 규칙적 석영 탄소 원자의 다중적 필수적으로 연속적이고 일반적으로 평행한 층인 외부 영역을 갖는 다수의 탄소 피브릴로 구성되며, 상기 탄소피브릴의 대개는 외경 약3.5-75㎜ 외형 및 길이 대 직경 비율 적어도 5를 가짐); 및 (b)상기 응집물 상에 지지된 촉매적으로 효과적 양의 촉매로 구성되는,지지된 촉매를 적합한 반응 조건하에서 유체상의 적어도 하나의 반응물과 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는, 유체상으로 촉매 화학 반응을 수행하는 방법.

- 대부분이 약3.5-약75mm의 외경, 적어도, 약5의 길이-대-직경 비율을 갖는 다수의 탄소 피브릴, 및 피브릴의 중앙축에 대해 실질적으로 평행하게 놓인 석영층으로 구성되는 탄소 피브릴 응집물상에 촉매적으로 효과적 양의 촉매를 부착시키는 것으로 구성되는, 유체상 촉매 화학 반응을 수행하기 위한 지지된 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제30항에 있어서, 촉매는 피브릴 응집물 상에 일단계로 부착되는 다성분 촉매인 방법.
