Abstract

본 발명은 마이크로캡슐 조성물의 제조 방법, 이러한 마이크로캡슐 조성물을 사용하는 방법, 이러한 마이크로캡슐 조성물을 함유하는 조성물 및 본 발명의 방법에 의해 제조된 마이크로캡슐에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. (a) 염 또는 염의 혼합물 및 유화제 또는 유화제의 혼합물을 함유하는 수용액을 제공하고;
    (b) 제 1 반응성 벽 형성 성분 및 염 수-비혼화성 물질을 함유하는 염 수-비혼화성 용액을 교반 하에, 수용액중에 분산시켜 분사액을 형성한 다음;
    (c) 제 1 반응성 벽 형성 성분과 반응하는 제 2 반응성 벽 형성 성분을 교반 하에 단계 (b)의 분산액에 첨가하여, 염 수-비혼화성 물질에 대해 중축합 외피 벽을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 마이크로캡슐 조성물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 염은 염화 리튬, 염화 나트륨, 염화 칼륨, 염화 암모늄, 염화 마그네슘, 염화 칼슘, 질산 리튬, 질산 나트륨, 질산 칼륨, 질산 마그네슘, 질산 칼슘, 황산 리튬, 황산 나트륨, 황산 칼륨, 황산 암모늄, 황산 마그네슘, 인산 일수소나트륨, 인산 일수소 칼륨, 인산 일수소 암모늄, 인산 이수소 나트륨, 인산 이수소 칼륨 및 인산 이수소 암모늄으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 수용액이 약 5 중량%내지 30 중량%의 염 또는 염의 혼합물을 함유하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 염 수-비혼화성 물질이 제초제 또는 살충제인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 제초제가 디니트로아닐린 화합물 및 아세트아닐리드 화합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되고, 살충제가 인산 에스테르 화합물 및 파이레트로이드 화합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되고, 디니트로아닐린 화합물은 펜디메탈린 및 트리플루랄린으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되고, 아세트아닐리드 화합물은 아라클러 및 메토라클러로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되고, 인산 에스테르 화합물은 테르부포스, 말라티온 및 클로르파이리포스로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되고, 파이레트로이드 화합물은 사이페르메트린, α-사이페르메트린 및 페르메트린으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 수용액이 약 0.5 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 유화제 또는 유화제의 혼합물을 함유하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 중축합물이 폴리우레아, 폴리우레탄, 폴리아미드, 폴리카르보네이트 및 폴리설폰아미드로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  8. 제1항의 방법에의해 제조되는 중축합물 외피 벽 내에 염 수-비혼화성 물질을 포함하는 마이크로캡슐.
  9. 제1항의 방법에 의해 마이크로캡슐화되는 살충 유효량의 마이크로캡슐화된 살충제를 해충 지역에 적용함을 특징으로 하는 구충 방법.
  10. 농업적으로 허용되는 담체 및 제1항의 방법에 의해 마이크로캡슐화되는 살충 유효량의 마이크로캡슐화된 살충제로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 살충제 조성물.
