Abstract
본 발명은 가속페달 또는 다른 제어부재의 운동에 의해서 운전자가 요구하는 것이 변속비 변경성분("변속기")에 가해지는 특정의 구동 토오크가 되도록 "토오크 제어"를 수행할 수 있는 밴드 및 활차형의 연속가변변속기에 관한 것이다. 적어도 하나의 변속기 활차(3,4)와 그 샤프트(5) 사이의연결(21,22)은 토오크에 민감하여서, 활차에서의 토오크는 활차가 받는 토오크의 크기와 방향의 함수인 툭선방향의 힘을 발생시킨다. 변속기 풀리 유니트에 가해지는 축선방향 하중은 2개의 부분을 포함하는데, 그중 하나는 활차와 밴드간에 견인력을 유지하기 위한 것이고, 다른 하나는 가해진 토오크와 관련되어 있으며, 변속기는 하나 이상의 밴드를 사용한다.

Claims (23)
- 운전자 또는 조작자에 의해서 조작될 수 있는 제어수단(17)과, 평행하지만 서로 이격된 회전축을 나타내고 방사상의 공통면을 공유하는 2개의 풀리 유니트(5,9)와 접촉하여 구동하는 적어도 하나의 밴드(1)를 포함하고 있으며, 각각의 풀리 유니트는 샤프트(5,9)와 그 위에 장착된 2개의 활차(3,4 및 7,8)을 포함하고 있고, 상기 2개의 활차의 축선방향의 이격은 밴드와 폴리 유니트간의 접촉반경을 변경시켜서 전달비를 변경하도록 가변적이고, 풀리 유니트가 전달되는 토오크의 크기와 방향의 함수인 축선방향 유니트 및 샤프트수단의 힘을 발생시킬 수 있는 적어도 하나의 풀리 유니트와 그 샤프트수단 사이에 토오크 민감 연결(21,22)이 제공되며, 하중에 의해서 활차들을 동시에 재촉하도록 풀리 유니트상에서 로딩수단(30,15,25,36,39 및 31,16,26,37,39)가 작동되는 밴드 및 활차방식의 연속가변변속기("CVT")에 있어서, 2개의 축상에서 샤프트를 통해서 변속기에 전달되는 동력은 토오크 민감연결을 통해서 샤프트상에서 하나의 유니트의 활차의 축선방향 이격으로 하여금 다른 하나의 샤프트상의 상응하는 유니트의 활차의 축선방향 이격을 유발하는 효과를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 토오크 민감연결은 축선방향성분 및 회전성분을 포함하는 활차의 샤프트간의 상대운동을 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 토오크 민감연결은 나선형 궤적을 따르는 요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 토오크 민감연결은 볼스크류 방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 풀리 유니트의 2개의 활차는 동시에 회전하지만 제한된 축선방향의 상대운동을 수행할 수 있도록 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 풀리 유니트의 활차는 샤프트에 대해서 축선방향 및 회전 토오크 반응운동을 수행하기 위하여 서로간에 경상으로 이러한 운동을 수행하도록 장착되어 있어서, 밴드와의 접촉반경의 변화가 밴드의 축선방향의 위치변화없이 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하중은 유압으로 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 축선방향 하중을 각각 증가시키거나 감소시킴으로써 접근 또는 분리를 상호작용시키기 위하여 소정의 한계이상으로 풀리 유니트의 2개의 활차의 접근 또는 이격에 반응하는 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 활차가 축선방향으로 너무 멀리 이격될 때 밴드가 풀리 유니트의 활차의 내부 반경을 초과하는 것을 방지하기 위한 기계적 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 기계적 수단은 풀리 유니트의 샤프트상에 회전식으로 장착되고 활차 사이에 설치된 링에 형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밴드는 벨트방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밴드는 체인 방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변속기를 통해서 적어도 하나의 동력이 재순환되고 "기어중립"비가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하중은 각각 풀리 유니트에서 활차 밴드 반응(고정) 및 토오크와 관련된 제1 및 제2성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제14항에 있어서, 하중의 제2성분의 크기는 운전자의 요구의 함수인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제15항에 있어서, 하중의 제1성분의 크기는 운전자의 요구의 함수인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제14항에 있어서, 축선방향 유니트 및 샤프트수단의 힘이 하중의 제2성분과 동일하고 하중에 대해서 서로 상반되게 풀리 유니트에 가해질때 변속기의 비율이 균형값에 접근하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 2개의 풀리 유니트상에 하중의 적어도 일부를 발생시키기 위한 수단은 동일한 압력을 형성하도록 연결되고 이들중 하나내의 유압유체의 체적의 상승 또는 하강은 다른 하나 안에서의 상응하는 상승 또는 하강과 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변속기축의 하나에 연결된 주 발동기를 더 포함하고 있고, 토오크 민감 연결은 제2변속기축에 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제19항에 있어서, 변속기의 제2축상의 풀리 유니트상에 가해지는 하중은 축상에 장착된 유압장치를 사용하여 발생되고, 이 장치와 관련된 유체도관은 축상의 샤프트내에 형성되어 있으며, 샤프트내의 각각의 장치로부터 축선방향으로 멀리 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제13항에 있어서, CVT가 하나 이사의 "체제"에서 작동될 수 있게 하는 구동 샤프트와 기어 및 클러치수 단을 포함하고 있고, 구동샤프트가 변속기의 회전축으로부터 변위되며, 기어 및 클러치수단이 구동 샤프트와 동축상으로 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 벨트에 의해서 2개의 축사이에 견인력이 전달되고 모든 벨트상의 토오크를 동일하게 하기 위한 수단이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.
- 제14항에 있어서, 2개의 변속기축상의 풀리 유니트에 대하여 하중을 발생시키기 위하여 별도의 동력원이 사용되고, 제1동력원은 제1변속기축과 정렬된 적어도 하나의 유니트를 위한 제1요소와 제2변속기축과 정렬된 적어도 하나의 유니티를 위한 제1요소와 제2변속기축과가 정렬된 적어도 하나의 유니트를 위한 제2요소에 기여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속가변변속기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
