Abstract

올리고우레탄-아크릴레이트 공중합체를 기재로 하는 물로 희석가능한 에나멜 페인트 결합제의 제조방법이 기재되어 있다. 특정 단량체 혼합물이 지방족 에스테르 디올과 디이소시아네이트를 반응시켜 수득한 수불용성인 올리고우레탄의 존재하에 중합된다. 수희석성은 (메트)아크릴산을 사용함으로써 성취된다, 이들 에나멜 페인트 결합제는 가교결합성 성분과, 필요한 경우, 다른 에나멜 페인트 혼합물로서 사용되어 스토빙 에나멜을 제형한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 알킬 라디칼의 탄소수가 2 내지 4인 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트(Aa) 40 내지 70중량%, 알킬렌 라디칼의 탄소수가 2 내지 4인 하이드록시알킬 (메트) 아크릴레이트(Ab) 5 내지 20중량%, (메트)아크릴산(Ac) 3 내지 15중량% 및 방향족 비닐 화합물(Ad), 바람직하게는 스티렌 10 내지 35중량%를 함유[여기서, 성분(Aa) 내지 성분(Ad)의 %합은 반드시 100이며, 성분(Aa) 내지 성분 (Ad)는 이론상 상응하는 아크릴레이트 공중합체의 산가가 g당 KOH 30 내지 90㎎으로 되고 하이드록시가가 g당 KOH 30 내지 50㎎으로 되며 유리전이온도가 -5 내지 +25℃로 되도록 선택한다]하는 아크릴레이트 공중합체로부터 선택되는 단량체 혼합물(A)를 지방족 에스테르 디올 또는 이러한 디올의 혼합물과 디이소시아네이트를 반응시킴으로써 수득하고 유리 이소시아네이트 그룹을 함유하지 않으며 하이드록시기가 g당 KOH 110 내지 150㎎이고 질소 함량이 2.8 내지 3.7중량%이며, 분자량이 750 내지 1000인 수불용성 올리고우레탄(B) 및 유리 칼디말 중합 개시제의 존재하에 물로 희석가능한 유리 용매속에서 공중합[여기서, 최종 생성물(AB)에서 성분 (B)의 비율은 35 내지 60중량%이고, 최종 생성물의 산가는 g당 KOH 15 내지 45㎎이며, 하이드록시가는 g당 KOH 75 내지 110㎎이고, 고유점도(20℃ 클로로포름에서 1.5% 강도)는 13.5 내지 16.5㎖/g이다]시킴을 특성으로 하여, 카복시 그룹의 적어도 부분적인 중화 후에 물로 희석가능한 올리고우레탄-아크릴레이트 공중합체를 기재로 하는 도료 결합제를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 따라서 제조된 올리고우레탄-아크릴레이트 공중합체를 기재로 하는 물로 희석가능한 도료 결합제.
  3. 가교결합성 성분과, 필요한 경우, 다른 도료 결합제와의 혼합물로서의 제1항에 따라서 제조된 물로 희석 가능한 도료 결합제의 스토빙 에나멜 제형에 있어서의 용도.
  4. 가교결합성 성분과 추가의 도료 원료와의 혼합물로서의 제1항에 따라서 제조된 물로 희석가능한 도료결합제의 물로 희석가능한 하도(basecoat) 제형에 있어서의 용도.
  5. 제1항에 따라서 제조된 결합제를 함유하는 하도를 지지체에 도포한 후에 추가의 투명 도료를 도포함을 특징으로 하는 이층 페인트 시스템의 제조방법.
