클로로프렌 단독중합체 또는 공중합체와, 클로로프렌/아크릴레이트 또는 클로로프렌/메타크릴레이트 그래프트 공중합체와의 블렌드는 라텍스 접착제 배합물의 성분으로서 특히 유효한 조성물을 제공한다.

Claims (13)

  1. a) (i) 폴리클로로프렌 단독중합체 또는 (ⅱ) 클로로프렌, 및 2,3-디클로로-1,3-부타디엔 및 탄소원자 3개 내지 10개를 함유하는 모노에틸렌성 불포화 비닐단량체로부터 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 다른 공단량체의 공중합체(여기에서 공중합 단위의 75중량% 이상이 클로로프렌 단위이고, 상기 제1클로로프렌 중합체는 메르캅탄, 디알킬크산토겐 디설파이드, 또는 디알콕시크산토겐 디설파이드 개질제의 존재중에 자유라디칼 유화중합체에 의해 60% 이상의 전환율로 제조된다); 및 b) 클로로프렌 공중합 단위 70∼95중량% 및 아크릴산의 C1-C10알킬, 하이드록시알킬, 또는 사이클로알킬 에스테르 및 메타크릴산의 C1-C10알킬, 하이드록시알킬, 또는 사이클로알킬 에스테르로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 에스테르 단량체의 공중합 단위 5∼30중량%을 포함하는 제2클로로프렌 중합체(여기에서 클로로프렌의 공중합 단위 및 상기 에스테르 단량체 또는 단량체들의 공중합 단위의 총중량%는 90% 이상이고, 상기 제2클로로프렌 중합체는 메르캅탄, 디알킬크산토겐 디설파이드, 또는 디알콕시크산토겐 디설파이드 개질제의 존재중에서 자유라디칼 유화중합체 의해 90% 이상의 전환율로 제조된다)의 블렌드를 포함하고, 상기 제1클로로프렌 중합체의 중량이 제1 및 제2클로로프렌 중합체 총중량의 25∼95%인 폴리클로로프렌 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1클로로프렌 중합체가 클로로프렌 및 2,3-디클로로-1,3-부타디엔의 2중합체인 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2중합체가 84∼93중량%의 공중합 클로로프렌 단위 및 7∼16중량%의 2,3-디클로로-1,3-부타디엔의 공중합체 단위로 이루어진 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제1클로로프렌 중합체가 25중량% 미만의 겔함량을 갖는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제1클로로프렌 중합체가 자유라디칼 유화중합에 의해 70∼95%의 전환율로 제조되는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 제1클로로프렌 중합체가 10∼25℃의 중합온도에서 제조되는 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성분 b)의 에스테르 단량체가 아크릴산의 C1-C10알킬 에스테르 또는 메타크릴산의 C1-C10알킬 에스테르인 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 아크릴산의 C1-C10알킬 에스테르 또는 메타크릴산의 C1-C10알킬 에스테르의 공중합 단위의 %가 10∼25중량%인 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2클로로프렌 공중합체가 70% 이상의 전환율이 수득될 때까지는 10∼25℃의 초기 온도에서 중합하고, 그런 다음 45∼55℃로 온도를 상승시켜 조합하여 제조되는 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 제2클로로프렌 공중합체가 자유라디칼 중합체 의해 99% 이상의 전환율로 제조되는 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성분 b)의 에스테르 단량체가 메틸메타크릴레이트인 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성분 b)의 에스테르 단량체가 에틸메타크릴레이트인 조성물.
  13. a) (ⅰ)폴리클로로프렌 단독중합체 또는 (ⅱ) 클로로프렌, 및 2,3-디클로로-1,3-부타디엔 및 탄소원자 3개 내지 10개를 함유하는 모노에틸렌성 불포화 비닐단량체로부터 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 다른 공단량체의 공중합체(여기에서 공중합 단위의 75중량% 이상이 클로로프렌 단위이고, 상기 제1클로로프렌 중합체는 메르캅탄, 디알킬크산토겐 디설파이드, 또는 디알콕시크산토겐 디설파이드 개질제의 존재중에 자유 라디칼 유화중합체에 의해 60% 이상의 전환율로 제조된다); 및 b) 클로로프렌 공중합 단위 70∼95중량% 및 아크릴산의 C1-C10알킬, 하이드록시알킬, 또는 사이클로알킬 에스테르 및 메타크릴산의 C1-C10알킬, 하이드록시알킬, 또는 사이클로알킬 에스테르로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 에스테르 단량체의 공중합 단위 5∼30중량%을 포함하는 제2클로로프렌 중합체(여기에서 클로로프렌의 공중합 단위 및 상기 에스테르 단량체 또는 단량체들의 공중합 단위의 총중량%는 90% 이상이고, 상기 제2클로로프렌 중합체는 메르캅탄, 디알킬크산토겐 디설파이드, 또는 디알콕시크산토겐 디설파이드 개질제의 존재중에서 자유라디칼 유화중합체 의해 90% 이상의 전환율로 제조된다)의 수성분산액을 포함하고, 상기 제1클로로플렌 중합체의 중량이 수성분산액중에 존재하는 제1 및 제2클로로프렌 중합체 총중량의 25∼95%이고 분산액의 고체함량이 40∼60중량%인 접착제 배합용도에 특히 적합한 폴리클로로프렌 조성물.
