Abstract
본 발명은 경질수지로 이루어지는 심재의 위에, 발포층과, 해당 발포층 표면의 스킨층으로 이루어지는 표면재가 일체적으로 적층된 발포성형품을 성형하는 2층 발포사출 성형장치이다. 그 주된 구성부부은, 심재를 성형하기 위한 일차측 금형(14)이 설치되고, 상기 심재를 공급하기 위한 일차측 사출유니트(10)가 배설된 고정판(2)과, 상기 고정판(2)에 대하여 개폐가능하게 설치되어, 상기 일차측 금형(14)에 대한 제1금형(16)과, 이 제1금형(16)과 동일 형상으로서 상기 표면재를 성형하기 위한 이차측 금형(15)에 대한 제2금형(17)의 한 벌을 회전에 의해서 바꿔 절환가능하게 하는 회전판(3)과, 상기 회전판(3)에 대하여 개폐가능하게 설치되어, 상기 이차측 금형(15)이 설치되고, 상기 표면재를 공급하는 이차측 사출 유니트(11)가 배설된 가동판(4)과, 상기 고정판(2)의 상기 일차측 금형(14)과 상기 회전판(3)의 상기 제1금형(16) 또는 제2금형(17)을 제형하기 위한 제1체형수단(24)과, 상기 가동판(4)의 상기 이차측 금형(15)과 상기 회전판(3)의 상기 제2금형(17) 또는 제1금형(16)을 체형하기 위한 제2체형수단(25)과, 상기 가동판(4)과 상기 회전판(3)을 이간시키도록 설치되고, 개형 가능하게 지지된 상기 제2금형(17)과 상기 이차측 금형(15)과의 사이의 공간을 확대시키는 개형수단(26)이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예의 일부파단측면도이고, 제2도는 제1도의 A-A선의 단면도이고, 제3도는 상기 장치에 있어서이 심재만을 성형하는 공정의 일부파단측면도이고, 제4도는 제3도의 상태로부터 일차측 및 이차측을 개형(開型)한 상태를 나타내는 일부 파단측면도이고, 제5도는 상기 장치의 초기 상태의 일부파단측면도이다.
Claims (4)
- 경질수지로 이루어지는 심재(21)의 위에, 발포층(331)과, 이 팔포층표면의 스킨층(332)으로 이루어지는 표면재(33)가, 일체적으로 적층된 발포성형품(34)을 성형하기 위한 2층 발포사출 성형장치에 있어서, 상기 심재(21)를 성형하기 위한 일차측 금형(14)이 구비되고, 상기 심재(21)를 공급하기 위한 일차측 사출유니트(10)가 배설된 고정판(3)과; 상기 고정판(3)에 대하여 개폐가능하게 설치되고, 상기 일차측 금형(14)에 대한 제1금형(16)과, 이 제1금형(16)과 동일형상으로서 상기 표면재를 성형하기 위한 이차측 금형(15)에 대한 제2금형(17)의 한 벌을 회전에 의해서 절환가능하게 하는 회전판(3)과: 상기 회전판(3)에 대하여 개폐가능하게 설치되고, 상기 이차측 금형(15)이 구비되고, 상기 표면제(33)를 공급하는 이차측 사출유니트(11)가 배설된 가동판(4)과; 상기 고정판(3)의 상기 일차측 금형(14)과 상기 회전판(3)의 상기 제1금형(16) 또는 제2금형(17)을 체형하기 위한 제1체형 수단(24)과; 상기 가동판(4)의 상기 이차측 금형(15)과 상기 회전판(3)의 상기 제2금형(17) 또는 제1금형(16)을 체형하기 위한 제2체형수단(25)과; 상기 가동판(4)과 상기 회전판(2)을 이간시키도록 설치되고, 개형이 가능하게 지지된 상기 제2금형(17) 또는 제1금형(16)과 상기 이차측 금형(15)과의 사이의 공간을 확대시키는 개형수단(26)을 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 2층 발포사출 성형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2체형수단(25)은 상기 제1체형수단(24)에 의한 체형중에 체형 이완이 가능하고, 제2체형수단(25)의 체형 이완중에, 상기 개형수단(26)이 상기 제2금형(17) 또는 제1금형(16)과 상기 이차측 금형(15)과의 사이의 상기 공간을 소정거리만 확대하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2층 발포사출 성형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전판(104)과 상기 가동판(105)은 상기 고정판(103)으로 부터 돌설된 복수의 타이바(113)에 안내되어 개폐가능하고; 상기 제1체형수단은 상기 회전판(104)에 설치되고, 상기 타이바(113)에 대하여 록 또는 언록가능한 제1록수단(122)과, 상기 고정판(103)에 설치되고, 상기 타이바(113)을 진퇴시키는 체형실린더(116)로 이루어지고: 상기 제2체형수단은 상기 가동판(105)에 설치되고 상기 타이바(113)에대하여 록 또는 언록가능한 제2록수단(123)과, 상기 체형실린더(116)로 이루어지고: 상기 개형수단(124)은 상기 제2록 수단(123)이 언록의 상태로 개형 작동이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 2층 발포사출 성형장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1록수단(122) 및 제2록수단(123)이 상기 타이바(113)를 파지하는 탄성변형부재(141)와, 상기 탄성변형부재(141)를 팽창 또는 축소시키는 유압작동수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2층 발포사출 성형장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
