Abstract

임의의 시각에 발생하는 요구에 따라 프로그램 데이터를 배선할 수 있는 VOD등에 이용하기에 적합한 데이타 송출 장치이다. 본 발명의 데이타 송출 장치(1)에서는 배선하고자 하는 영상 데이터를 송출기(10-i)내의 고속 엑세스 가능한 기록 장치에 전송해 둔다. 그 기록 장치를 예를 들면 그 영상 데이터의 실시간의 수분의 1 이하의 시간으로 고속 엑세스하고, 소정 시간 간격 떨어진 다수개의 개소를 동시에 재생한다. 그 때 바람직하게는 에러 정정 부호는 기록 장치에 기록하는 시점에서 미리 기록해 둔다. 재생시에는 그 기록 장치의 전송 데이터인 물리 블럭을 단위로 하고 기록 장치에 기록하는 시점에서 미리 기록해 둔다. 재생시에는 그 기록 장치의 전송 데이터인 물리 블럭을 단위로 하고 기록 장치에 의해 데이터를 고속으로 판독하고 포맷터(20-i)에서 헤더 정보를 부가하는 등하여 포맷을 정돈하고, ATM 셀을 생성하여 데이터 교환기(60)를 통하여 전송로로 출력한다.
이에 따라 포맷 변환 수단의 구성이 간단해지고 간편한 구성으로 고속으로 처리 가능한 포맷 변환 수단을 가지며, 전송 속도의 고속화가 가능하며 다채널화를 용이하게 할 수 있는 데이터 송출 장치를 제공할 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 데이터 송출 장치의 구성을 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 소정의 전송 방식에 의해 비디오 데이터를 전송할 때의 전송 에러를 정정하기 위한 에러 정정 부호를 상기 비디오 데이타에 미리 부가하고 에러 정정 부호 부가 데이터를 생성하는 에러 정정 부호 부가 수단과, 상기 에러 정정 부호 부가 데이터를 기억하고 다수개의 채널과 병행하여 출력 가능한 기억 수단과, 상기 기억 수단의 상기 각 채널 마다 마련되고 각 채널로부터 출력되는 상기 정정 부호 부가 출력을 소정의 전송 방식을 기초로 전송 포맷의 전송 데이터로 변화하는 다수개의 포맷 전환 수단과, 상기 전송 데이터를 상기 소정의 전송 방식을 기초로 전송로로 송출하는 송출 수단을 갖는 데이터 송출 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기억 수단은 상기 비디오 데이터 및 상기 에러 정정 부호를 상기 포맷 변환 수단에 의한 포맷 변환에 대응하는 배열로 재배열하여 기억하는것을 특징으로 하는 데이터 송출 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기억 수단은 상기 재배열된 상기 비디오 데이터 및 상기 에러 정정 부호를 소정 단위의 데이터 별로 블록화한 블럭 데이터를 생성하고 이 블럭 데이터 별로 기억 매체에 기억하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이터 송출 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 포맷 변환 수단은 상기 기억 수단으로부터 출력되는 상기 블럭 데이터를 일시적으로 기억하는 버퍼 메모리 수단을 적어도 한 가지 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 송출 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에러 정정 부호 부가 수단은, 상기 비디오 데이터에 대해서 리드솔로몬 부호를 상기 에러 정정 부호로서 부가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 송출 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 포맷 변환 수단은 상기 기억 수단의 상기 각 채널로부터 출력되는 에러 정정 부호 부가 데이터를 소정의 단위별로 분할하고 이 분할된 각 데이터에 소정의 헤더 정보를 부가하여 상기 전송 데이터를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 송출 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 포맷 변환 수단은 비동기 전송 모드(ATM)에 의한 데이타 전송 방식을 기초로 상기 에러 정정 부호 부가 데이터를 소정의 단위별로 분할 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 송출 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기억 수단은 상기 비디오 데이터를 다수개의 채널에 병행하여 출력하고 상기 데이터 송출 장치는 다시 상기 각 포맷 변환 수단으로부터의 전송 데이터를 다중화하여 다중화 데이터를 생성하는 다중화 수단을 가지며, 상기 송출 수단은 상기 다중화 데이터를 상기 전송 데이터로써 전송로에 송출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 송출 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 기억 수단은 동일한 비디오 데이터의 소정 시간 간격씩 떨어진 다수개의 상기 데이터를 다수개의 채널에 병행하여 출력하고, 상기 각 포맷 변환 수단은 상기 각 채널로부터 출력되는 상기 데이터를 소정의 전송 방식을 기초로 한 전송 포맷의 전송 데이터로 변환하고, 상기 다중화 수단은 상기 각 포맷 변환 수단으로부터의 전송 데이터를 다중화하여 다중화 데이터를 생성하고, 상기 송출 수단은 상기 다중화 데이터를 송출하며, 임의의 시간대에 발생한 요구에 대해서 상기 다중화된 다수개의 전송 데이터로부터 1의 전송 데이터를 선택하고, 상기 요구에 거의 즉각적으로 상기 비디오 데이터가 배선되는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이터 송출 장치.
  10. 소정의 전송 방식에 의해 비디오 데이터를 전송할 때의 전송 에러를 정정하기 위한 에러 정정 부호를 상기 비디오 데이타에 미리 부가함으로써 에러 정정 부호 부가 데이터를 생성하는 단계와, 상기 에러 정정 부호 부가 데이터를 복수의 채널에 병행하여 기억 데이타를 출력 가능한 기억 수단으로 기억하는 단계와, 상기 기억 수단의 각 채널로부터 출력되는 상기 에러 정정 부호 부가 데이터를 소정의 전송 방식을 기초로 전송 포맷의 전송 데이터로 변화하는 단계와, 상기 전송 데이터를 상기 소정의 전송 방식을 기초로 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 데이터 송출 방법.
