Abstract

본 발명은 이란적으로 1) 비교적 넓은 열 시일 온도를 갖고, 2)매우 높은 시일 온도에서도 용이하게 시일을 개봉할 수 있는 다층 포장 구조물에 관한 것이다. 더욱 특히, 본 발명의 필름은 바람직하게는 1) 폴리에스테르와 지지체 필름, 2)단독중합체 또는 공중합체 계면층, 및 3)열 시일 외부층을 포함하는 다층 구조물이다.

자가-제한적 열 시일을 갖는 다층 필름(MULTILAYER FILM HAVING SELF-LIMITING HEAT SEAL)

Claims (7)

  1. a)열 시일층; b)올레핀계 중합체 또는 공중합체 계면층; 및 c)지지층을 포함하고; (i)계면층 및 (ii)지지층 또는 열 시일층 사이의 결합강도가 함께 열 시일링된 2개의 열 시일층 사이의 결합강도보다 작은 다층 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름을 그의 열 시일링 온도이상으로 가열한 다음, 생성된 전체 필름의 열 시일이 광범위한 열 시일온도상에서 약 250g/in 미만의 박리강도를 한정하는 필름.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 지지층이 배향된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 포함하는 필름.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 계면층이 비닐 에스테르 또는 비닐 에스테르의 산 유도체로부터 유도된 필름.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 계면층이 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트를 포함하는 필름.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 열 시일층이 테레프탈산, 에틸렌 글리콜, 및 테레프탈산과 에틸렌 글리콜이 아닌 하나 이상의 이산 또는 디올로부터 유도된 필름.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 열 시일층이 폴리에스테르 또는 코폴리에스테르의 블렌드인 필름.
