Abstract
수지성의 다층시트를 열성형법에 의해 변형시키므로서 성형되는 수용용기(11)와, 이 수용용기(11)를 밀봉하는 수지성의 뚜껑체(13)와, 상기 수용용기(11)의 외측을 포위하며, 수용용기(11)보다 강성 및 단열성이 높은 비금속재료로 형성되는 외장체와를 갖는다. 포장용기에 금속을 사용하지 아니하므로, 폐기되는 포장용기를 찌그러뜨리는 것이 용이할뿐 아니라, 회수도 용이하게 된다. 그리하여, 수용요기(11) 및 뚜껑체(13)가 수지성이며 외장체가 비금속재료성이므로, 유전가열에 의해 식품을 직접적으로 가열할 수가 있으며, 식품을 단시간에 충분한 온도로 가열할 수가 있다. 더욱이, 외장체는 단열성이 높기 때문에 자동판매기로부터 꺼낸 직후에 손으로 포장용기를 잡는 것이 용이하게 됨과 동시에 식품이 짧은 시간에 냉각되는 일이 없어진다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예를 나타내는 포장용기의 분해사시도.
제2도는 본 발명의 실시예를 나타내는 포장용기의 사시도이다.
제3도는 본 발명의 실시예에 있어서 포장용기의 제조장치를 나타내는 도면.
제4도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 있어서 포장용기의 성형방법이 적용되는 제조장치를 나타내는 도면.
제5도는 본 발명의 또다른 실시예에 있어서 포장용기의 성형방법이 적용되는 제조장치를 나타내는 도면.
제6도는 본 발명의 실시예를 나타내는 포장용기의 제조장치에 있어서 슬래트의 평면도이다.
Claims (6)
- (a) 수지제의 다층시트를 열성형법에 의해 변형시키므로서 성형되는 수용용기와, (b) 이 수용용기를 밀봉하는 수지제의 뚜껑체와, (c) 상기 수용용기의 외측을 포위하며, 수용용기보다 강성 및 단열성이 높은 비금속재료로 형성되는 외장체와를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열성형법은 선단확장법인 포장용기.
- (a) 강성 및 단열성이 높은 비금속재료로 형성되는 외장체의 안에, 수지제의 다층시트를 열성형법에 의해 변형시켜 수용용기를 성형하고, (b) 이 수용용기에 식품을 충전한후, 수용용기를 수지제의 뚜껑체로 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용기의 성형방법.
- (a) 수지제의 다층시트를 열성형법에 의해 변형시켜 수용용기를 성형하며, (b) 이 수용용기의 외측을, 수용용기보다 강성 및 단열성이 높은 비금속재료로 형성되는 외장체에 의해 포위하고, (c) 상기 수용용기에 식품을 충전한 후, 수용용기를 수지제의 뚜껑체로 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용기의 성형방법.
- (a) 수지제의 다층시트를 열성형법에 의해 변형시켜 수용용기를 성형하며, (b) 이 수용용기에 식품을 충전한후, 수용용기를 수지제의 뚜껑체로 밀봉하고, (c) 상기 수용용기의 외측을, 수용용기보다 강성 및 단열성이 높은 비금속 재료로 형성되는 외장체에 의해 포위하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용기의 성형방법.
- 제3항으로부터 제5항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열성형법은 선단확장법인 포장용기의 성형방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
