Abstract

본 발명의 촉매는 그룹 VIB 금속의 옥시음이온으로 그룹IVB 금속 산화물을 개질시켜 생성된 산성의 고체 생성물에 침착되는 귀금속과 같은 수소화/탈수소화 성분을 포함한다. 본 촉매의 예는 텡스테이트로 개질된 지르코니아에 침착된 백금이다. 촉매는 예로, C4내지 C8파라핀 화합물을 이성질화하는데 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (16)

  1. (ⅰ) 그룹 VIB 금속의 옥시 음이온으로 그룹 IVB 산화물을 개질시켜 생성된 산성 고체 생성물 및 (ⅱ) 상기 고체 생성물상에 침착된 수소화/탈수화 성분을 포함하는 촉매.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, XO2/YO3, (여기서 X는 그룹IVB 금속이고, Y는 VIB 금속이다)의 계산된 몰비율이 300이하이고, 촉매의 총 중량에 대해 0.001중량% 내지 5중량%의 수소화/탈수소화 성분을 포함하는 촉매.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 몰비율이 2내지 100이고, 촉매의 총 중량에 대해 0.001 중량% 내지 5중량%의 수소화/탈수소화 성분을 포함하는 촉매.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 몰비율이 4내지 30이고, 촉매의 총 중량에 대해 0.1중량% 내지 2중량%의 수소화/탈수소화 성분을 포함하는 촉매.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소화/탈수소화 성분이 백금을 포함하는 촉매.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소화/탈수소화 성분이 귀금속에 추가하여, 그룹Ⅷ 금속, 그룹 IVA 금속, 그룹 VB 금속 및 그룹VIIB 금속에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소의 적어도 하나의 산화물, 수산화물 또는 금속의 형태로 적어도 하나의 비귀금속을 포함하는 촉매.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 수소화/탈수소화 성분이 추가로 주석을 포함하는 촉매.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그룹 IVB 금속 산화물이 지르코니아 또는 티타니아를 포함하는 촉매.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그룹 VIB 금속 옥시음이온이 몰리브덴 또는 텅스텐의 옥시음이온인 촉매.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 그룹 VIB 금속의 옥시음이온의 공급원이 암모늄 메타텅스테이트, 암모늄 메타몰리브데이트, 텅스텐 클로라이드, 몰리브덴 클로라이드, 텅스텐 카르보닐, 텅스텐산, 나트륨 텅스테이트 및 나트륨 몰리브데이트 중에서 선택되는 촉매.
  11. (a) 그룹 IVB 금속의 수산화물 또는 산화물을 그룹 VIB 금속의 옥시음이온 공급원을 함유하는 수용액과 접촉시켜 산소, 그룹 IVB 금속 및 그룹 VI 금속을 함유하는 산송 고체 생성물을 생성시키고, (b) 단계 (a)의 고체 생성물상에 수소화/탈수소화 성분을 침착시키는 단계를 포함하여 제1항의 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 단계 (a)의 고체 생성물을 단계 (b) 전에 500내지 900℃의 온도로 하소시키는 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 그룹 IVB 금속의 수화 산화물을 단계 (a) 전에 열수처리하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 열수처리가 수화 산화물을 물이나 수산화물 수용액과 pH7이상 및 적어도 80℃의 온도에서 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 금속 IVB 금속의 수산화물 또는 수화 산화물을 단계 (a) 전에 100내지 400℃의 온도에서 하소시키는 방법.
  16. 공급원료를 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하여 C4내지 C8파라핀 공급원료를 이성질화하는 방법.
