Abstract

본 발명은 5㎤/g 이상의 습윤 압축성 및 10g/g의 드립성을 갖는 제1섬유상 물질(3)을 포함하는 상부층, 및 또는 실질적으로 감소하지 않는 동적 팽윤속도를 갖는 제1초흡수성 물질(5)를 포함하는 제1구조물 및 제2섬유상 물질(6), 및 0.2g/g.초이상의 동적 팽윤속도와 50g/㎤(0.7psi)에서 15g/g 이상의 가압 흡수성을 갖는 제2 초흡수성 물질(7)을 포함하는 제2구조물을 두께로 통해서 순차적으로 포함하고 제1초흡수성 물질의 동적 팽윤 속도가 제2초흡수성 물질의 동적 팽윤속도의 2/3미만인 흡수코어에 관한 것이다. 상기 흡수코어는 코어를 통한 신체 분비물의 유체 처리성을 개선시키고 그 후의 상기 분비물의 저장을 충분하게 한다.

유체 처리성이 개선된 흡수코어(ABSORBENT CORE HAVING IMPROVED FLUID HANDLING PROPER TIES)

제1a도는 본 발명에 따른 흡수제품의 평면도이다. 제1b도는 횡방향으로 제품의 층 구조를 나타내는 횡단면도이다. 제2도는 습윤 압축성 및 드립성 시험에 사용되는 샘플 패드를 제조하기 위해 사용되는 공기 충형성된 펠트 패드 제조기의 측면도이다.

Claims (16)

  1. 5㎤/g 이상의 습윤 압축성 및 10g/g 이상의 드립성을 갖는 제1섬유상 물질(3)을 포함하는 상부층, 및 또는 실질적으로 감소하지 않는 동적 팽윤속도를 갖는 제1초흡수성 물질(5)를 포함하는 제1구조물 및 제2섬유상 물질(6), 및 0.2g/g. 초이상의 동적 팽윤속도와 50g/㎤(0.7psi)에서 15g/g이상의 가압 흡수성(absorption against pressure)을 갖는 제2초흡수성 물질(7)을 포함하는 제2구조물을 두께를 통해서 순차적으로 포함하고; 상기 제1초흡수성 물질의 동적 팽윤속도가 제2초흡수성 물질의 동적 팽윤속도의 2/3미만임을 특징으로 하는 흡수코어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1구조물이 제1섬유상 물질을 포함하는 상부층 및 제1초흡수성 물질을 포함하는 층을 순차적으로 포함하고, 제2구조물이 제2섬유상 물질을 포함하는 층 및 제2초흡수성 물질을 포함하는 층을 순차적으로 포함하는 흡수코어.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 초흡수성 물질을 포함하는 각각의 층이 거의 전체적으로 초흡수성 물질로 구성되는 흡수코어.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 합성뇨 0.6g미만의 재습윤성을 갖는 흡수코어.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1초흡수성 물질의 동적 팽윤속도가 제2초흡수성 물질의 동적 팽윤속도의 1/3미만인 흡수코어.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2초흡수성 물질의 가압 흡수성이 50g/㎤(0.7psi)에서 20g/g이상인 흡수코어.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1섬유상 물질이 화학 가교결합된 셀룰로즈 섬유를 포함하는 흡수코어.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.7㎖/㎤이상의 이론적인 평균 기본 흡수능 및 이론적인 기본 흡수능의 50%에서 1.5㎖/초의 포획속도를 갖고, X,Y-요구 흡수능 시험에서 측정시 0.05g/g의 유체 흡수속도를 갖는 흡수코어.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 0.06g/g초이상의 유체 흡수속도를 갖는 흡수코어.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 0.8㎖/㎤이상의 이론적인 평균 기본 흡수능을 갖는 흡수코어.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적층높이 시험시 200g/㎤(3psi)에서 측정할 경우 9mm미만의 적층높이를 갖는 흡수코어.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1및/또는 제2초흡수성 물질이 입상인 흡수코어.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 제1초흡수성 물질이 입상이고 300㎛(50메쉬)이상의 중간 매스 입경을 갖고, 제2초흡수성 물질이 입상이고 300㎛(50메쉬)미만의 중간 매스 입경을 갖는 흡수코어.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 제1입상 초흡수성 물질이 600 내지 850㎛(20 내지 30메쉬)이고, 제2입상 초흡수성 물질이 150 내지 250㎛(60내지 100메쉬)인 흡수코어.
  15. 액체 투과성 상면시이트(2), 액체 불투과성 배면시이트(9), 및 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의되고 제1구조물이 상면시이트를 향하도록 상기 상면시이트와 배면시이트 사이에 삽입된 흡수코어를 포함하는 흡수제품.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 일회용 기저귀, 실금자용 제품 또는 배변연습용 팬츠인 제품.
