Claims (34)

  1. 제1층과 제2층 및 이 두층이 밀접하게 일체로 연결하면서 접착부분이 광범위 한 통과대로 이루어지며 실제로 이들 본래의 두께가 줄어들도록 압착된 일회용 흡수복합제품 라미네이트에 있어서, 건조 벌크 회복성이 적어도 약 30퍼센트, 초기 건조 벌크가 적어도 약 20㏄/gm, 무게가 20z/yd2보다 적은 섬유상 웹과 드라이-애드-은 기준이 적어도 약200퍼센트이면 서간헐적으로 분포되어 있는 입상 또는 과립상의 초강력 흡수재로 이루어진 제1층과; 섬유소 섬유, 피트모스, 레이욘 섬유 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되었고 서로가 아주 인접하게 일정한 간격을 유지하면서 층의 면을 따라서 액체의 유동을 빠르게 촉진하는 친수성 입자가 균일하게 혼입, 배치되어 있는 제2층 및; 혼입된 입자가 뻗어나가 제1층과 접하게 되는 부분과 초강력 흡수재와 밀접하게 접촉하는 부분으로 이루어진 통과대를 특징으로 하는 압착된 일회용 흡수 복합제품 라미네이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1층이 합성 스테이플 섬유의 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 압착된 일회용 흡수라미네이트 복합제품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 부직포가 폴이에스테르섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 압착된 일회용 흡수 라미네이트 복합제품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 복합제품의 두께가 압착되지 않은 상태에서의 두께의 1/2미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 압착된 일회용 흡수 라미네이트 복합제품.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제2항이 화학적으로 리그닌이 제거된 목재 펄표 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 압착된 일회용 흡수 라미네이트 복합제품.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 제2층이 피트 모스인 것을 특징으로 하는 압착된 일회용 흡수 라미네이트 복합제품.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유상 웹의 건조중량을 기준으로 하여 건조중량 200퍼센트 내지 1500퍼센트의 양으로 초강력 흡수재가 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압착된 1회용 흡수 라미네이트 복합제품.
  8. 압착되지 않은 상태에서 소정의 두께가 있으며 제1층에 혼입되어 있는 초강력 흡수재와 섬유가 소정의 두께보다 적은 제1층의 두께를 압착된 상태에서 유지하는 제1의 섬유상층과; 제층과 일체로 되어 있으나 분리되어 있고, 제1의 섬유상층과 같이 액체를 흡수하여 압착된 상태에서 팽창시키고 제1층내에 액체유지력을 증가시키도록 하는 초강력 흡수재는 없으나 제1층에 초강력 흡수재를 혼입하기 전의 제1층보다 조밀하여 액체를 바람직하게 흡수 하므로써 복합제품의 소정의 부분을 적신 액체가 소정의 부분에서 먼제1층 부분으로 퍼지도록하는 제2층으로 이루어지는 특징으로 하는 흡수 복합제.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제1의 섬유상층이 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 복합제품]
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 부직포가 폴리에스테르 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수복합제품
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 제1의 섬유상층의 건조중량을 기준으로 초강력 흡수재가 건조중량 약 200퍼센트내지 1,500퍼센트의 양으로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 복합제품.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 제2층의 화학적으로 리그닌이 제거된 목재 펄표 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수복합제품.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 제2층이 피트 모스인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 복합제품.
  14. 제8항에 있어서, 제2층이 레이욘 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 복합제품.
  15. 건조 벌크 회복성이 적어도 약30퍼센트, 초기 건조벌크가 적어도 약20㏄/gm, 무게가 약 2oz/yd2보다 적은 섬유상의 웹으로 이루어지며 압착된 상태에서 섬유상 웹의 건조중량을 기준으로 건조중량 약200퍼센트 내지 1,500퍼센트의 양으로 초강력 흡수재가 혼입되어 있는 흡수층과 섬유소섬유, 피트모스, 레이욘 섬유 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되었고 흡수층으로 뻗어나가 흡수층과 접하여 통과대를 형성하는 입자로 이루어진 심지층및 통과대로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압착된 일회용 흡수 복합제품.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 섬유상 웹이 합성 스테이플 섬유의 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 압착된 일회용 흡수 복합제품.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 부직포가 폴리에스테르섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 압착된 일회용 흡수 복합제품.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 심지층이 화학적으로 리그닌이 제거된 목재펄표 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 압착된 일회용 흡수 복합제품.
  19. 제15항에 있어서, 심지층이 피트 모스인 것을 특징으로 하는 압착된 일회용 흡수 복합제품.
  20. 제15항에 있어서, 섬유상 웹의 건조 중량을 기준으로 하여 건조 중량 약400내지 1200퍼센트의 양으로 초강력 흡수재가 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압착된 일회용 흡수 복합제품.
  21. 흡수패드를 함유하는 일회용 기저귀에 있어서, 건조 벌크 회복성이 적어도 약30퍼센트, 초기 건조벌크가 적어도 약 20cc/gm, 무게가 약 2oz/yd2보다 적은 섬유상 웹으로 이루어지며 섬유상 웹의 건조 중량을 기준으로 건조중량 약200퍼센트 내치 1,500퍼센트의 양으로 초강력 흡수재가 혼입되어 있는 흡수층과 섬유수섬유, 피트모스, 레이욘 섬유 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되었고 흡수층으로 뻗어나가 흡수층과 접하여 통과대를 형성하는 친수성 입자로 이루어진 심지층 및 통과대로 이루어지며 압착된 상태에서의 두께가 압착되지 않은 상태에서의 두께의 1/2미만으로 압착된 흡수 복합제품의 흡수패드를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 흡수패드가 둘 또는 그 이상의 압착된 흡수 복합제품으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀
  23. 제21항에 있어서, 압착된 복합제품의 흡수층이 폴리에스테르 부직포로 이루어지며, 심지층은 화학적으로 리그닌이 제거된 목재펄프섬유로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀
  24. 제21항에 있어서, 압착된 복합제품이 두 개의 심지층 사이에 끼워진 흡수층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀
  25. 흡수패드를 함유하는 기저귀에 있어서, 압착되지 않은 상태에서의 소정의 두께가 있으며 제1층에 혼입되어 있는 초강력 흡수재와 섬유가 소정의 두께보다 적은 제1층의 두께를 압착된 상태에서 유지하는 제1의 섬유상층, 제1층과 일체로 되어 있으나 분리되어 있고 제1의 섬유상층과 같이 액체를 흡수하여 압착된 상태에서 팽창시키고 제1층내 액체유지력을 증가시키도록 하는 초강력 흡수재는 없으나 제1층에 초강력 흡수재를 혼입하기 전의 제1층보다 조밀하여 액체를 바람직하게 흡수하므로써 복합제품의 소정의 부분을 적신 액체가 소정의 부분에서 먼 제1층 부분으로 퍼지도록 하는 제2층으로 이루어진 압착된 흡수복합제품의 흡수패드를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀
  26. 건조 벌크 회복성이 적어도 약30퍼센트, 초기건조 벌키가 적오도 약20cc/gm, 무게가2oz/yd2보다 적은 섬유상 웹과 제1층 전체에 분포되어 있는 입상 또는 과립상의 초강력 흡수재로 이루어진 제1층과 섬유소 섬유, 피트모스, 레이욘 섬유 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되었고 서로가 아주 인접하게 일정한 간격을 유지하면서 층의 면을 따라서 액체의 유동을 빠르게 촉진하는 친수성 입자가 균일하게 혼입, 배치되어 있는 제2층 및 혼입된 입자가 제1층으로 뻗어나가 제1층과 접하게 되는 부분과 초강력 흡수재와 접하게 되는 부분으로 이루어진 통과대로 이루어지며 압착된 상태에서의 두께가 압착되지 않은 상태에서의 두께의 1/2미만으로 압착된 일회용 흡수복합제품 라미네이트의 흡수 구주물이 수분을 통화시킬 수 있는 외피와 함께 액체 장애물에 의해 부분적으로 둘러싸이는 것을 특징으로 하는 위생냅킨.
  27. 제26항에 있어서, 흡수 구조물이 압착된 두 개의 복합제품 라미네이트 사이에 흡수층을 끼워서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 위생냅킨.
  28. 흡수 구조물을 함유하는 위생냅킨에 있어서, 압착되지 않은 상태에서 소정의 두께가 있으며 제1층에 혼입되어 있는 초강력 흡수재와 섬유가 소정의 두께보다 적은 제1층의 두께를 압착된 상태에서 유지하는 제1의 섬유상층, 제1층과 일체로 되어 있으나 분리되어 있고 제1의 섬유상층과 같이 액체를 흡수하여 압착된 상태에서 팽창시키고 제1층내에 액체 유지력을 증가시키도록 하는 초강력 흡수재는 없으나 액체를 바람직하게 흡수하므로써 복합제품의 소정의 부분을 적신 액체가 소정의 부분에서 먼 제1층 부분으로 퍼지도록 하는 제2층으로 이루어진 압착된 흡수 복합제품의 흡수 구조물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위생냅킨
  29. 제1층과 제2층 및 이 두층이 밀접하게 연결하면서 접착부분이 광범위한 통과대로 이루어지며 압착된 상태에서의 두께가 압착되지 않은 상태에서의 두께의 1/2미만으로 압착된 일회용 흡수 복합제품 라미네이트를 흡수부분으로 갖는 탐폰에 있어서, 건조 벌크 회복성이 적어도 약 30퍼센트, 초기 건조벌크가 적어도 약2cc/gm, 무게가약2oz/yd2보다 적은 섬유상 웹과 소정의 크기로 일정한 간격으로 배치되어 있어서 인접한 입자의 액체흡수를 방해하지 않고 제1층에 골고루 분포되어 있는 입상 또는 과립상의 초강력 흡수재로 이루어진 제1층과; 섬유소섬유, 피트모스, 레이욘섬유 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되었으며 균일하게 혼입, 배치된 친수성 입자로 이루어진 제2층; 혼입된 입자가 뻗어나가 제1층과 접하게 되는 부분과 초강력흡수재와 밀접하게 접촉하는 부분으로 이루어진 통과대를 특징으로 하는 탐폰.
  30. 제29항에 있어서, 압착된 복합제품 라미네이트가 흡수층의 양면에 두 개의 심지층이 부착되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탐폰.
  31. 압착되지 않은 상태에서 소정의 두께가 있으며 제1층에 혼입되어 있는 초강력 흡수재와 섬유가 소정의 두께보다적은 제1층의 두께를 압착된 상태에서 유지하는 제1의 섬유상층, 제1층과 일체로 되어 있으나 분리되어 있고 제1의 섬유상층과 같이 액체를 흡수하여 압착된 상태에서 팽창시키고 제1층내에 액체 유지력을 증가시키도록 하는 초강력 흡수재는 없으나 액체를 바람직하게 흡수하므로써 복합제품의 소정의 부분을 적신 액체가 소정의 부분에서 먼 제1층 부분으로 퍼지도록하는 제2층으로 이루어진 흡수 복합제품의 흡수 구조물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탐폰.
  32. 제1층과 제2층 및 이 두층이 밀접하게 연결하면서 접착부분이 광범위한 통과대로 이루어지며 압착된 상태에서의 두께가 압착되지 않은 상태에서의 두께의 1/2미만으로 압착된 일회용 흡수 복합제품 라미네이트에 부착된 기질로서 부직포로 이루어진 와이프(wipe)에 있어서, 건조 벌크 회복성이 적어도 약 30퍼센트 초기 건조 벌크가 적어도 약20cc/gm, 무게가 약 2oz/yd2보다 적은 섬유상 웹과 제1층 전체에 분포되어 있는 입상 또는 과립상의 초강력 흡수재로 이루어진 제1의 섬유상층; 섬유소 섬유, 피트 모스, 레이욘 섬유 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되었고 서로가 아주 인접하게 일정한 간견을 유지하면서 층의 면을 따라서 액체의 유동을 빠르게 촉진하는 친수성 입자가 균일하고 랜덤하게 혼입, 배치되어 있는 제2; 층혼입되 잊자가 뻗어나가 제1층과 접하게 되는 부분과 초강력흡수제와 밀접하게 접촉하는 부분으로 이루어진 통과대를 특징으로 하는 와이프.
  33. 압착되지 않은 상태에서 소정의 두께가 있으며 제1층에 혼입되어 있는 초강력 흡수제와 섬유가 소정의 두께보다 적은 제1층의 두께를 압착된 상태에서 유지하는 제1의 섬유상층, 제1층과 일체로 되어 있으나, 분리되어 있고 제1의 섬유상층과 같이 액체를 흡수하여 압착된 상태에서 팽창시키고 제1층내에 액체 유지력을 증가시키도록 하는 초강력 흡수재는 없으나 액체를 바람직하게 흡수하므로써 복합제품의 소정의 부분을 적신 액체가 소정의 부분에서 먼 제1층 부분으로 퍼지도록 하는 제2층으로 이루어진 흡수 복합제품에 부직포를 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이프.
  34. 건조 벌크 회복성이 적어도 약30퍼센트, 초기 건조벌크가 적어도 약 20cc/gm, 무게가 약 20oz/yd2보다 적은 섬유상 웹을 형성하고 흡수층을 형성하기 위해 섬유상 웹의 건조 중량을 기준으로 하여 건조중량 200퍼센트 내지 1,500퍼센트의 양으로 초강력 흡수재를 혼입하며 흡수층의 한쪽면에 섬유소섬유, 피트모스, 레이욘 섬유 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 친수성 입자로 이루어진 심지층을 접촉시키며 상기의 층들이 적어도 50퍼세트의 두께로 되돌아 갈수 있도록 압착된 일회용 압착 흡수 복합제품의 제조방법.
