Abstract

편평한 수컷탭(44)과 결합하기 위한 절연전기수단은 탭수용끝(20)을 향한 단자의 지지된 끝으로부터 뻗어있는 캔틸레버형 잠금텅그(26)를 가진 금속단자(12)를 둘러싸는 절연슬리브(38)를 가지고 있고 빠짐에 대한 잠금 강도를 증가시키시 위하여 캔틸레버형 텅그(24)내에 상향된 만곡부위(28)를 포함하고 있다.
전기 단자는 해제레버를 가압하여 수컷탭(44)을 캔틸레버형 잠금텅그(26)와 맞물림으로부터 해제하도록 절연 하우징내에 형성된 각이진 캠표면(40)과 협동하는 전방으로 각이진 해제레버(30)를 더 포함하고 있다.

Claims (18)

  1. 수컷탭과 결합하기 위한 전기단자에 있어서, 탭수용 개구부를 형성하도록 바닥위에서 종결하는 접혀진 연장부를 가진 한쌍의 대향측벽과 바닥을 가진 리셉터클부, 바닥으로부터 돌출하고 탭수용 개구부를 향한 지지된 끝으로부터 돌출한 일체적 캔틸레버형 텅그, 캔틸레버형 텅그의 지지된 끝 근처에 형성된 상향 만곡부위, 수컷탭과 맞물리기 위하여 캔틸레버형 텅그상에 배치된 잠금수단으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기단자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 잠금수단은 수컷탭 구멍과 맞물리는 잠금 돌출부를 형성하는 캔틸 레버형 텅그의 상승부를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기단자.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 캔틸레버형 텅그로부터 상향으로 돌출한 해제레버를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기단자.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 해제레버는 수용개구부를 향하여 전방으로 각이진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기단자.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상향으로 만곡된 부위는 지지된 끝과 해제레버 사이에 배치된 텅그의 한쌍의 측방향 에지부내의 험프로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기단자.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 단자를 덮는 절연하우징을 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기단자.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 절연하우징은 관형상의 슬리브로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기단자.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 하우징 슬리브는 수컷탭의 해제를 허용하기 위하여 해제레버와 협동하는 하우징 슬리브의 내부벽상에 형성된 캠표면을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기단자.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 캠표면은 해제레버가 전방으로 각이진 각도와 동일하게 하우징에 대한 일정각도로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기단자.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 해제레버는 전방으로 대략 30°로 각이져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기단자.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 와이어 주름배럴을 포함하는 리셉터클부에 인접한 주름부를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기단자.
  12. 수컷탭과 결합하기 위한 전기단자에 있어서, 탭수용 개구부를 형성하도록 바닥위에서 종결된 접혀진 연장부를 가진 한쌍의 대향측벽 및 바닥을 가진 리셉터클부, 상향으로 형성된 험프를 가진 바닥에 일체적으로 형성된 탄성텅그 수컷탭과 맞물리기 위하여 텅그상에 배치된 잠금수단, 텅그로부터 상향으로 돌출하고 탭수용 채널을 향하여 수직으로부터 전방향으로 각이 지도록 배치된 해제레버 금속탭의 해제를 허용하기 위하여 해제레버와 협동하는 내부캠표면을 포함하는 절연 하우징으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연 전기단자.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 하우징 슬리브를 수컷탭의 해제를 허용하기 위하여 해제레버와 협동하는 하우징 슬리브의 내부벽상에 형성된 캠표면을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기단자.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 캠표면은 해제레버가 전방으로 각이진 각도와 동일하게 하우징에 대한 일정각도로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기단자.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 탄성텅그는 바닥으로부터 돌출하고 탭수용 개구부를 향하여 지지된 끝으로부터 뻗어있는 캔틸레버형 텅그를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기단자.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 캔틸레버형 텅그상에 형성된 상향으로 만곡된 험프는 지지된 끝 근처에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기단자.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상향으로 뻗어있는 험프를 지지된 끝과 해제레버 사이의 텅그의 측방향 에지부내에서 상향으로 만곡된 부위로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기단자.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 와이어 주름배럴을 포함하는 리셉터클부에 인접한 와이어 주름부를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기단자.
