Abstract

Claims (7)

  1. 타 코넥터 조립체에 다수의 전선을 연결하기 위하여, 한쌍의 상대 측벽에 의해 한정되는 길게 연장된 터미널 수납 통로를 하나 이상 갖는 유전체 하우징 및, 상기 다른 코넥터 조립체의 터미널에 결합하기 위한 전면 결합부, 중간부와 상기 전선에 연결하기 위한 후면 단부를 포함하되, 상기 전면 결합부가 앞쪽으로 확장된 스프링 접촉아암을 포함하고 상기 중간부가 베이스 및 상기 전면 결합부의 상기 스프링 아암과 일체를 이루며 위쪽의 확장된 구부러질 수 있는 측벽을 포함하고 상기 터미널이 단일하게 압연되어 길게 연장된 전력 코넥터 조립치에 있어서, 상기 하우징에 상기 터미널을 잠그기 위하여 상기 통로내에 상기 터미널을 삽입하는 동안, 상기 위쪽으로 확장된 측벽이 감축된 크기의 영역에 접촉하고, 상기 측벽에 상기 감축된 크기에 맞도록 힘을 가하여 상기 영역을 통과한 후에는 힘을 받지 않는 원 위치로 되돌아오도록 하기 위하여, 상기 측벽에 평행한 상기 중간부의 터미널 측벽 상단부에 있는 잠금 쇼울더 및 인접 연속한 상기 하우징 통로의 단단한 벽에 형성되어 상기 터미널의 삽입 방향에 수직한 방향의 크기 감축된 영역을 형성하는, 단단하게 맞물리게 되어 있는 터미널 잠금 표면을 형성하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 코넥터 조립체.
  2. 타 코넥터 조립체에 다수의 전선을 연결하기 위하여, 하나의 상대 측벽에 의해 한정되는 길게 연당된 터미널 수납 통로를 하나 이상 갖는 유전체 하우징 및, 상기 다른 코넥터 조립체의 터미널에 결합하기 위한 전면 결합부, 중간부와 상기 전선에 연결하기 위한 후면 단부를 포함하되, 상기 전면 결합부가 앞쪽으로 확장된 스프링 접촉 아암을 포함하고 상기 중간부가 베이스 및 상기 전면 결합부의 상기 스프링 아암과 일체를 이루며 구부러질 수 있는 측벽을 포함하고 상기 터미널이 단일하게 압연되어 길게 연장된 전력 코넥터 조립체에 있어서, 상기 하우징에 상기 터미널을 잠그기 위하여 상기통로내로 상기 터미널을 삽입하는 동안, 상기 위쪽으로 확장된 측벽이 감축된 크기의 영역에 접촉하고, 상기 측벽에 상기 감축된 크기에 맞도록 힘을 가하여 상기 영역을 통과한 후에는 힘을 받지 않는 원 위치로 되돌아오도록 하기 위하여, 상기 측벽에 평행한 상기 중간부의 터미널 측벽 상단부에 있는 잠금 쇼울더 및 인접 연속한 상기 하우징 통로의 단단한 벽에 형성되어 상기 터미널의 삽입방향에 수직한 방향의 크기가 감축된 영역을 형성하는, 단단하고 맞물리게 되어 있는 터미널 잠금 표면을 형성하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 코넥터 조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 금속판으로 압연되어 형성되는 상기단자 및 단자의 측벽상단에 찍어내어 만들어 진 놋치로써 구성된 잠금 쇼울더를 포함하는 전기 코넥터 조립체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 단자의 측벽을 안쪽으로 눌러주며, 단자 측벽의 상기 잠금 쇼율더가 그 뒤쪽에서 맞물리는 상기 잠금 표면에서 멈추도록 하기 위한 각진 돌기로 구성되는 상기 잠금 표면을 포함하는 전기 코넥터 조립체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 금속판으로 압연되어 형성되는 상기 터미널 및 터미널 측벽 상단에 찍어 내어 만들어진 놋치로 구성되는 상기 잠금 쇼울도를 포함하는 전기 콘넥터 조립체.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 중간부의 전체 길이 방향을 따라 양자가 균일한 단면적을 갖는 스프링 접촉 아암과 상기 위쪽으로 확장된 측벽을 포함하는 전기 코넥터 조립체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 금속판으로 압연되어 형성되는 상기 터미널 및 그의 측벽 상단에 찍어내어 만들어진 놋치로 구성된 상기 잠금 쇼울더를 포함하는 전기 코넥터 조립체.
