유리전이온도 Tg가 170℃ 이상인 바인더수지중에 호울수송재료를 분산한 구조의 호울수송층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기일렉트로루미너센스소자이다.
이러한 유기일렉트로루미너센스소자는 호울수송층이 충분한 내구성과 높은 호울수송성을 겸비하기 때문에, 발광효율, 발광휘도 및 안정성이 우수하다.

Claims (4)

  1. 유리전이온도 Tg가 170℃ 이상인 바인더수지중에 호울수승재료를 분산한 구조의 호울수송층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기일렉트로루미너센스소자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 바인더수지가 식(1)
    로 표시되는 반복단위를 보유하는 폴리에테르술폰 및 식(3)
    으로 표시되는 반복단위를 보유하는 폴리술폰중 적어도 한쪽인 유기일렉트로루미너센스소자.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 바인더수지가 상기한 식(1)로 표시되는 반복단위를 보유하는 폴리에테르술폰이며, 호울수송재료가 식(2)
    로 표시되는 N,N'-디페닐-N,N'-비스(3-메틸페닐)-1,1'-비페닐-4,4'-디아민인유기일렉트로루미너 센스소자.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 호울수송층이 미리 용존가스성분을 제거한 용매중에 유리전이온도 Tg 170℃ 이상인 바인더수지와 호울수송재료를 용해한 도포액의 도포, 건조에 의해 성형되는 유기일렉트로루미너센스소자.
