Claims (10)
- 高分子合成ゴム、ポリウレタンまたはシリコンゴムからなる基板と、
該基板の上部に形成される導電層と、
該導電層の上部に形成される誘電層と、
該誘電層の上部に形成される蛍光層と、
該蛍光層の上部に形成される透明導電層と、
該透明導電層の上部に形成されるポリマー保護膜層と、を含んで構成されることを特徴とするフレキシブルEL素子。 - 前記基板と前記導電層との間には、ポリマー層が介在されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブルEL素子。
- 前記導電層と前記誘電層との間には、ポリマー絶縁層及び第2導電層が順次介在されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のフレキシブルEL素子。
- 透明または半透明の高分子合成ゴム、ポリウレタンまたはシリコンゴムからなる基板と、
該基板の上部に形成される透明導電層と、
該透明導電層上に形成される蛍光層と、
該蛍光層上に形成される誘電層と、
該誘電層上に形成される導電層と、
該導電層上に形成されるポリマー保護膜層と、を含んで構成されることを特徴とするフレキシブルEL素子。 - 前記基板と前記透明導電層との間には、ポリマー層が介在されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のフレキシブルEL素子。
- 前記誘電層と前記導電層との間には、第2導電層及びポリマー絶縁層が順次介在されることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載のフレキシブルEL素子。
- 前記基板の厚さは0.05〜2.00mmで、前記導電層の厚さは5〜20μmで、前記誘電層の厚さは3〜25μmで、前記蛍光層の厚さは30〜50μmで、前記透明導電層の厚さは1〜10μmで、前記ポリマー保護膜層の厚さは5〜50μmであることを特徴とする請求項1または4に記載のフレキシブルEL素子。
- 前記ポリマー層の厚さは、5〜50μmであることを特徴とする請求項2または5に記載のフレキシブルEL素子。
- 前記ポリマー絶縁層の厚さは5〜50μmで、前記第2導電層の厚さは5〜20μmであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のフレキシブルEL素子。
- 前記第2導電層の厚さは5〜20μmで、前記ポリマー絶縁層の厚さは5〜50μmであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフレキシブルEL素子。
