Claims (5)

  1. 액정 전하-운반 화합물로 이루어지는 1개 이상의 층을 갖는 1개 이상의 유기층으로 이루어지는 전계 발광 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 1개 이상의 층이 디스코틱 액정 전하-운반 화합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계 발광 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 1개 이상의 층이 전하-운반 화합물로서 디스코틱 액정 트리페닐렌, 프탈로시아닌, 트리시클로퀴나졸린, 페릴렌, 페릴렌이미드, 데카시클렌 또는 포르피린으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계 발광 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 1개 이상의 층이 칼라미틱 액정 전하-운반 화합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계 발광 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 1개 이상의 층이 전하-운반 화합물로서 칼라미틱 액정 옥사디아졸, 티아디아졸, 바이페닐, 스틸벤, 피리미딘, 3차-페닐, 쿼터페닐 또는 옥사졸린으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계 발광 장치.
