Abstract
트리아졸유도체는 하기 일반식(1)로 표시된다. 또 유기일렉트로루미너센스소자는 상기한 일반식(1)로 표시되는 트리아졸유도체, 또는 일반식(2)로 표시되는 트리아졸유도체를 함유하는 층을 구비하고 있다.
이러한 트리아졸유도체는 전자수송효율, 호울블록킹성 및 내열성이 우수하머, 유기 일렉트로루미너센스소자는 발광효율, 발광휘도 및 안정성이 우수하다.

Claims (3)
- 일반식(1)(식중 R1, R2, R3, R4, R5및 R6는 각각 동일하거나 또는 다르며, 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 알킬기, 알콕시기 또는 치환기를 보유해도 좋은 아릴기를 나타낸다.)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트리아졸유도체.
- 일반식(1)(식중 R1, R2, R3, R4, R5및 R6는 각각 동일하거나 또는 다르며, 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 알킬기, 알콕시기 또는 치환기를 보유해도 좋은 아릴기를 나타낸다.)로 표시되는 트리아졸유도체 및 일반식(2)[식중 R7, R8, R9및 R10는 각각 동일하거나 또는 다르며, 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 알킬기, 알콕시기 또는 치환기를 보유해도 좋은 아릴기를 나타낸다.]로 표시되는 트리아졸유도체 중 적어도 1종을 함유하는 층을 보유하는 특징으로 하는 유기일렉트로루미너센스소자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 트리아졸유도체를 함유하는 층이 그 트리아졸유도체를 전자수송재료로서 함유하는 전자수송층인 유기일렉트로루미너센스소자.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
