Abstract
연마재는 접작제(11)에 의해 기질(10)을 코팅하고, 다수의 단단한 연마 입자(12)와 기질을 접촉하고, 이후에 접착제에 의해 고정되지 않는 모든 입자를 제거하는 것으로 형성된다. 남아있는 입자는 입자가 일시적으로 고정되는 동안 소결성 또는 융합성 물질로 둘러싸인다. 기질은 패턴으로 제공된 접착제를 가질 수 있고, 또는 바람직한 패턴을 얻기 위해 일부 영역에만 점착된 입자를 얻기 위해 균일하게 덮고 차단한다(14). 입자가 기질에 점착되는 동안, 물리적 힘은 균일하게 입자를 배향시키기 위해 제공될 수 있고, 후에 분말이 제공될 수 있거나 또는 기질은 예비 성형물로 제공될 수 있다. 계속적으로 열 및/또는 압력처리는 연마재를 완벽하게 한다.

Claims (23)
- 접작제에 의해 기질을 코팅하는 단계, 제1의 다수의 단단한 입자에 의해 상기 기질을 접촉하는 단계, 이어서 상기 접착제에 의해 상기 기질에 점착되지 않은 입자로 구성된 제2의 다수의 단단한 입자를 제거하는 단계(제3의 단단한 입자의 다수가 상기 접착제에 의해 상기 기질에 점착되어 상기 기질에 남는다), 소결성물질에 의해 상기 제3의 다수의 단단한 입자의 대부분의 입자를 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸는 단계, 계속적으로 상기 제3의 다수의 단단한 입자를 영구적으로 고정하기 위하여 상기 소결성 물질을 일으키기 위한 물질을 가열하는 단계로 이루어지는 연마재 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착제에 의해 기질을 코팅하는 상기 단계는 상기 기질의 선택된 영역에 접착제를 적용하는 단계로 이루어진 연마재 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착제로 기질을 코팅하는 단계는 상기 접작제에 의해 실질적으로 전체 표면을 덮는 단계와 제1의 다수의 단단한 입자와 상기 기질을 접촉하는 상기 단계 이전에 상기 지질 위에 차단판을 위치시키는 단계를 포함하는 것으로 이루어지는 연마재 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 소결성 물질로 상기 제3의 다수의 단단한 입자의 대부분의 입자를 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸는 상기 단계는 상기 기질로서 소결성 예비 성형물을 사용하고, 선택적으로 물질을 가열하는 단계 이전 또는 동안에 상기 예비 성형물로 적어도 부분적으로 상기 단단한 입자에 강하게 압력을 가하는 단계로 이루어진 연마재 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 소결성 물질로 상기 제3의 다수의 단단한 입자의 대부분의 입자를 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸는 상기 단계는 소결성 예비 성형물 상에 상기 기질을 배치하고, 선택적으로 물질을 가열하는 단계 이전 또는 동안에 상기 예비 성형물로 적어도 부분적으로 상기 단단한 입자에 강하게 압력을 가하는 단계로 이루어진 연마재 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 소결성 물질로 상기 제3의 다수의 단단한 입자의 대부분의 입자를 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸는 상기 단계 이전에 상기 차단판을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 연마재 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 소결성 물질로 상기 제3의 다수의 단단한 입자의 대부분의 입자를 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸는 상기 단계는 소결성 물질로 상기 차단판을 둘러싸는 것을 포함하는 연마재 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 선택적으로 상기 차단판을 제거하는 단계 이전과 이후, 그리고 소결성 물질로 상기 제3의 다수의 단단한 입자의 대부분의 입자를 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸는 상기 단계 이전에 다량의 융합성 물질에 의해 상기 기질을 접촉하는 단계를 포함하는 연마재 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1의 다수의 단단한 입자에 의해 상기 기질을 접촉하는 단계 이전에 상기 차단판의 적어도 일부분을 차폐하는 단계를 포함하는 연마재 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 차단판은 망상조직 물질이고, 상기 접착제로 상기 기질에 상기 망상조직 물질을 점착하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 연마재 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 기질 위에 차단판을 배치하는 상기의 단계 후, 및 제1의 다수의 단단한 입자로 상기 기질을 접촉하는 상기 단계 이전에 접착제로 상기 망상조직을 적어도 부분적으로 코팅하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 연마재 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제2의 다수의 단단한 입자를 제거하는 단계 후에 접착제로 상기 지질을 다시 코팅하는 단계, 계속적으로 소결성 물질로 단단한 입자를 둘러싸는 상기 단계 이전에 제4의 다수의 단단한 입자로 상기 기질을 접촉하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 연마재 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소결성 물질로 입자를 둘러싸는 단께 이전에 소결성 물질로 제5의 다수의 단단한 입자를 합하는 단계를 포함하는 연마재 제조 방법.
- 제l1항에 있어서, 접착제로 기질을 코팅하는 단계는 접착제로 물질의 시트를 코팅하여 기질을 만드는 단계, 다량의 소결성 물질과 접착제를 접촉하는 단계, 접착제로 상기 시트를 다시 코팅하는 단계 및 원하는 두께의 기질을 얻을 때까지 상기 단계를 반복하는 이루어진 연마재 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선택적으로 상기 기질에 대해 상기 입자를 실질적으로 균일하게 배향시키기 위해 소결성 물질로 입자를 둘러싸는 상기 단계 이전에 또는 동안에 상기 기질 및 상기 제3의 다수의 입자에 물리적인 힘을 적용하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 연마재 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 소결성 물질로 입자를 둘러싸는 단계를 수행하는 동안 균일하게 배향된 위치에서 상기 입자를 고정하는 단계를 포함하는 연마재 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착제로 기질을 코팅하는 상기 단계는 융합성 페이스트로 기질을 코팅하는 것으로 이루어진 연마재 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물질을 가열하는 상기 단계 이전에 상기 소결성 물질에 마주하여 융합성 분말을 위치시키는 단계를 포함하는 연마재 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물질을 가열하는 상기 단계 이전에 상기 소결성 물질에 적어도 한쪽면에 금속 층을 위치하는 단계를 포함하는 연마재 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소결성 물질로 대부분의 입자를 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸는 상기 단계는 물질을 가열하는 상기 단계 이전에 다공성 예비 성형물의 한쪽면을 밀봉하는 단계, 상기 다공성 예비 성형물내로 다량의 융합성 분말을 침적하는 단계 및 상기 단단한 입자에 마주하여 상기 다공성의 에비 성형물을 위치시키는 단계를 포함하는 연마재 제조 방법.
- 접착제로 기질을 코팅하는 단계, 다수의 단단한 입자가 상기 접착제에 의해 고정되도록 다량의 단단한 입자와 상기 기질을 접촉하는 단계 및 상기 기질 위에 금속을 열적으로 침척하는 것으로 매트릭스 물질로 대부분의 상기 다수의 단단한 입자를 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸는 단계로 이루어지는 연마재 제조 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 열적으로 금속출 침적하는 단계는 열적 분사에 의해 실행되는 연마재 제조 방법.
- 분말화된 소결성 물질과 다수의 단단한 입자를 혼합하는 단계, 단단한 입자 및 소결성 물질의 혼합물로부터 예비 성형물을 제조하는 단계, 상기 예비 성형물의 적어도 한쪽 표면상에 망상조직 물질을 위치시키는 단계, 상기 망상 조직을 상기 예비 성형물내로 밀고 들어가게 하고 상기 단단한 입자의 일부를 상기 망상조직 물질의 틈새로 밀어 넣기 위하여 상기 망상 조직 물질 및 상기 예비 성형물 위에 압력을 가하는 단계로 이루어진 연마재 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
