Abstract
본 발명은 짙은 색조로 신속히 염색할 수 있는 술폰화 폴리(p-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드)의 텍스타일 섬유에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)
1. 고유 점도가 약 1.5 내지 4이고, 폴리(p-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드) 중합체 반복 단의 100 몰당 술포네이트기로서 5 내지 20 몰의 황을 갖는 술폰화 폴리(p-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드)를 주성분으로 하는, 모듈러스가데니어 당 200g 미만이고, 심도가 6%보다 크며, 짙은 색조로 신속히 염색시킬 수 있는 텍스타일성 섬유.
제1항에 있어서, 안료를 더 함유하는 섬유.
100.2% 내지 102%의 황산 농도를 갖고, 고유 점도가 약 5를 초과하는 약 10 내지 15 중량%의 폴리(p-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드)를 95 내지 120℃의 온도에서, 중합체가 4 미만의 고유 점도로 분해될 때까지 혼합시키고, 용액을 수성 응고조로 방사시켜 상기 조로부터 필라멘트를 회수하여 필라멘트를 형성하고, 이 필라멘트를 중화시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 짙은 색조로 신속히 염색시킬 수 있는 텍스타일성 섬유의 제조 방법.
