Abstract

본 발명은 기판층, 피복층 및 유연한 접착층으로 구성되는 복합시트에 관한다. 피복층은 층상 광물, 바람직하게는 버미큘라이트를 함유한다. 유연한 접착층은 150%이상의 파손 연장율을 갖는다. 복합시트는 산소 차단특성을 나타내며 특히 열-봉합가능한 층, 바람직하게는 폴리에틸렌의 층으로 적층되었을 경우 포장용 필름으로 사용하기에 적당한다.

제1도는 수치는 기재하지 않고, 기판층, 피복층 및 접착층을 갖는 복합시트 단면의 정면도를 도식적으로 나타내었다.
제2도는 제1도에서 나타낸 필름과 유사하고, 접착층의 기판층과 접촉하고 있지 않는 반대쪽 면위에 부가적으로 열-봉합가능한 층을 갖는 필름의 도식적 정면도이다.
제3도는 제2도에서 나타낸 필름과 유사하고, 기판층과 피복층사이에 부가적인 프라이머 층을 갖는 필름의 도식적 정면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 하나이상의 면위에 층상 광물로 구성되는 피복충이 얹혀있고, 이 피복층과 접하고 있지 않는 반대쪽 면위에 150%이상의 파손연장율을 갖는 유연한 접착층이 얹혀있는 기판층으로 구성되는 복합시트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 접착층의 인장율(1%의 분할율(secant modulus))이 2.0MPa미만인 복합시트.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항 중 한 항에 있어서, 접착층의 파손 연장을(%ETB)이 300-10000%범위인 복합시트.
  4. 전기한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착층이 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체로 구성되는 복합시트.
  5. 전기한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층상 광물이 필름으로 성형되는 2:1필로실리케이트(phyllosilicate)의 플레이트렛으로 구성되는 복합시트.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 2:1 필로실리케이트가 버미큘라이트(vermiculite)로 구성되는 복합시트.
  7. 전기한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피복층이 가교결합제를 부가적으로 포합하는 복합시트.
  8. 전기한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착층의 피복층과 결합하고 있지 않은 반대쪽 면위에 부가적인 열-봉합가능한 충이 존재하는 복합시트.
  9. 전기한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판층이 중합체 필름인 복합시트.
  10. 기판층을 만드는 단계; 이 기판층의 하나이상의 면위에 층상 광물로 구성되는 피복층을 피복시키는 단계; 이 피복층의 기판층과 결합하고 있지 않은 반대쪽면에 150%이상의 파손 연장율을 갖는 유연한 접착층을 피복시키는 단계로 구성되는 복합시트 제조방법.
