Abstract

"LAMINADO PARA ACONDICIONAMENTO COM BARREIRA DE GáS, RECIPIENTE PARA ACONDICIONAMENTO, E, MéTODO DE MANUFATURA DE UM LAMINADO PARA ACONDICIONAMENTO". A invenção refere-se a um laminado para acondicionamento com barreira de gás (10) tendo uma durabilidade à formação de fissura por tensão e contudo uma rigidez a curvamento e boa integridade entre as camadas de laminado, compreendendo camadas externas de poliolefina termo-vedável (16,17), duas camadas portadoras de polímero (11, 12) cada uma sendo revestida com uma camada barreira de gás de SiOx (13,14), em que as duas camadas portadoras de polímero com camadas de SiOx são laminadas entre si por intermédio de uma camada de polímero intermediária (15), que inclui um polímero termoplástico dotado de altas propriedades elastoméricas. A rigidez exigida do laminado para acondicionamento é obtida pela formação de urna construção em sanduíche estrutural com duas camadas portadoras rígidas separadas por uma camada intermediária de densidade mais baixa relativamente espessa. De preferência, a espessura da camada de polímero intermediária (15) constitui de cerca de 30 a cerca de 55% da espessura total do laminado para acondicionamento (10). A invenção refere-se também a um recipiente para acondicionamento tal como uma sacola ou similar manufaturada do laminado para acondicionamento e a um método de manufatura do laminado para acondicionamento.
