Abstract

Claims (29)

  1. 에서 계산된 제이철함량 및 Fe2O3로서 표시된 0.25-1.75중량%의 전체 철함량을 가진 중간색(이전에 정의된 바와 같이)의 IR 및 UV 흡수 소다 라임 실리카 유리로서, 유리가 Se, Co2O4, Nd2O3, NiO, MnO, V2O5, CeO2, TiO2, CuO 및 SnO 중 한가지 또는 그 이상에 의해 중간색으로 착색되었고, 유리가 4mm 두께에서, 적어도 32%의 가시광 투과율, 25% 보다 크기 않은 UV 투과율, 및 가시광 투과율의 적어도 7 퍼센트 포인트 이하의 태양 직사열 투과율을 가지며, 주파장이 570nm이상이고 가시광 투과율이 60% 보다 클 때, 색 순도가 4보다 크지 않으며, Se가 존재할 때 Co3O4, Nd2O3, NiO, MnO, CuO, SnO, V2O5, CeO2, 또는 TiO2중에서 선택된 적어도 한가지의 다른 착색제가 중량으로 존재한 Se의 양의 적어도 1.5배인 양으로 존재한다는 조건하에, 바람직하게는 570nm이하의 주파장을 가진 IR 및 UV 흡수 소다 라임 실리카 유리.
  2. 제1항에 잇어서, 60% 이하의 가시광 투과율, Fe2O3로서 표시된 전체 철함량 적어도 0.7% 및 착색제로서 Co3O4, Nio 및 Se의 조합물을 가진 유리.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 60%의 가시광 투과율, 약 0.25중량%-0.77중량%의 범위에 있는 Fe2O3로서 표시된 전체 철함량을 가지며 여기서 착색제가 V2O5, CeO2, TiO2, Se, Co3O4, NiO, SnO, Nd2O3 및 MnO 중에서 적어도 한가지로 이루어진 유리.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 전체 철함량이 최대 0.3중량%이며 착색제가 Se, Co3O4, NiO, Nd2O3 및 MnO 중에서 선택된 적어도 한가지 성분과 조합하여 V2O5, CeO2및 TiO2중에서 선택된 적어도 한가지 성분으로 이루어진 유리.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 전체 철함량이 적어도 0.3중량%이며 착색제가 Se, Co3O4, NiO, Nd2O3 및 MnO 중에서 선택된 적어도 한가지 성분으로 이루어진 유리.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 착색제가 Se, Co3O4, Nd2O3, CeO2, TiO2, V2O5, Nio MnO, SnO 및 CuO 중에서 적어도 세가지 성분의 혼합물로 이루어진 유리.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 세가지 착색제 중 적어도 한가지가 V2O5, CeO2및 TiO2로 된 서브 군 중에서 선택되고 나머지 착색제 중 적어도 한가지가 Se, Co3O4, Nd2O3, NiO, MnO, SnO 및 CuO로 된 서브 군 중에서 선택되는 유리.
  8. 제3-7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, Nd2O3가 약 2.5중량% 이하의 양으로 존재하는 유리.
  9. 제3-7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, MnO가 약 1중량% 이하의 양으로 존재하는 유리.
  10. 제3-7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, CeO2가 약 0.1중량%-1중량%의 양으로 존재하는 유리.
  11. 제3-7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, V2O5가 0.05중량%-0.2중량%의 양으로 존재하는 유리
  12. 제2-7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, Se가 50백만당중량부 이하의 양으로 존재하는 유리.
  13. 제2-7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, Co3O4가 200 백만당중량부 이항의 양으로 존재하는 유리.
  14. 제2-7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, NiO 275 백만당중량부 이하의 양으로 존재하는 유리.
  15. 제2항에 있어서, NiO 275 백만당중량부 이하, Se 15 백만당중량부 이하 및 Co3O4130 백만당중량부 이하를 함유한 유리.
  16. 제3항에 있어서, Se가 5 백만당중량부 이하의 양으로 존재하는 유리.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 60%이하의 가시광 투과율, Fe2O3로서 표시된 전체 철함량 적어도 0.8중량% 및 착색제로서 Co3O4및 Se의 조합물을 가진 유리.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, Co3O4가 150 백만당중량부 이하의 양으로 존재하고 Se가 15백만당중량부 이하의 양으로 존재하는 유리.
  19. 전항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 전체 철의 적어도 18%의 제일 철함량을 가진 유리.
  20. 전항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 4mm두께로, 가시광 투과율의 적어도 10퍼센트 포인트 낮은 태양 직사열 투과율을 가진 IR 및 UV 흡수 유리.
  21. 제1항에 있어서, 4mm 두께로, 570nm이상의 주파장, 60% 이상의 가시광 투과율 및 2 이하의 색순도를 가진 IR 및 UV 흡수 유리.
  22. 전항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, Se 및 중량으로 존재한 Se의 양의 적어도 두배인 양으로 Co3O4, Nd2O3, NiO 및 MnO 중에서 선택된 적어도 한가지 다른 착색제를 함유한 IR 및 UV 흡수 유리.
  23. 실시예 중 한가지에서 이전에 기술된 실제로 중간색을 가진 IR 및 UV 흡수 유리.
  24. 시트 형태로 전항중의 어느 한항에 따른 IR 및 UV 흡수 유리.
  25. 전항중의 어느 한항에 따른 유리로 구성된 창.
