Abstract
본 발명은 표준의 소다-석회-실리카 유리 기재 조성물, 및 추가로 적외선 및 자외선 흡수 물질 및 착색제로서, 철 세륨, 크롬, 및 임의적으로는 티탄을 사용하여 녹색 유리를 제공한다. 특히, 녹색 유리는 철 총 약 0.50 내지 1.0중량%, Fe2O3약 0.35 내지 0.65중량%, CeO2약 0.8 내지 1.5중량% 및 Cr2O3약 20 내지 150ppm을 포함한다. 유리는 또한 TiO20 내지 0.7중량%를 포함할 수도 있다. 본 발명의 유리의 산화환원(redox) 비는 약 0.20 내지 0.40으로 유지되며, 조성물 시감투과율(luminous transmittance, LTA)이 약 65% 이상, 바람직하게는 70% 이상이고, 총 일광 자외선 투과율(total solar ultraviolet transmittance, TSUV)이 약 38% 이하, 바람직하게는 약 35% 이하이고, 총 일광 적외선 투과율(total solar infrared transmittance, TSIR)이 약 35% 이하, 바람직하게는 약 30% 이하이고, 총 일광 에너지 투과율(total solar energy transmittance, TSET)이 약 50% 이하, 바람직하게는 약 48% 이하이다. 또한, 유리는 자외선 투과율(ISO UV)이 약 15% 이하, 바람직하게는 10% 이하인 것이 바람직하다. 본 발명의 유리는 500 내지 550nm의 주파장 및 5% 이하의 여기 순도를 특징으로 하는 녹색을 나타낸다.

Claims (29)
- SiO2약 66 내지 75중량%, Na2O 약 10 내지 20중량%, CaO 약 5내지 15중량%, MgO 0내지 약 5중량%, Al2O30 내지 약5중량%, K2O0내지 약 5중량%, 철 총 약 0.05 내지 1중량%, Fe2O3약 0.35 내지 0.65중량%, CeO2약 0.8 내지 1.5중량%, TiO20 내지 약 0.7중량% 및 Cr2O3약 20내지 150ppm을 포함하고, 시감투과율(luminous transmittance, LTA)이 약 65% 이상인, 적외선 및 자외선 흡수성 녹색 유리 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 철의 총 농도가 0.6 내지 0.8중량%, Fe2O3약 0.4 내지 0.5중량%, CeO2농도가 0.9 내지 1.4중량%, TiO2농도가 약 0.2 내지 0.6중량%이고, Cr2O3농도가 약 40내지 75pm이고 또한 유리의 시감투과율(LTA)이 약 70% 이상이고, 총 일광 자외선 투과율(total solar ultraviolet transmittance, TSUV)이 약 38% 이하이고, 색이 500 내지 550nm 의 주파장 및 5% 이하의 여기 순도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, Fe2O3농도가 0.48중량%미만이고, 유리의 산화환원(redox) 비가 0.27이상인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유리의 총 일광 적외선 투과율(total solar infrared transmittance, TSIR)이 약 35% 이하이고, 총 일광 에너지 투과율(total solar energy transmittance, TSET) 이 약 65% 이하이고, 자외선 투과율(ISO UV)이 약 15% 이하인 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유리의 시감투과율(LTA)이 약 71.5% 이상이고, 자외선 투과율(ISO UV)이 약 12%이하인 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유리의 자외선 투과율(ISO UV)이 약 10% 이하인 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유리의 색이 약 515 내지 540nm의 주파장 및 약 3% 이하의 여기 순도를 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- SiO2약 66 내지 75중량%, Na2O 약 10 내지 20중량%, CaO 약 5 내지 15중량%, MgO 0 내지 약 5중량%, Al2O30내지 약 5중량%, K2O 0내지 약 5중량%를 포함하는 기재 유리 부분; 및 본질적으로 철 총 약 0.50 내지 1중량%, Fe2O3약 0.35 내지 0.65중량%, CeO2약 0.8 내지 1.5중량%, TiO20내지 약 0.7중량% 및 Cr2O3약 20 내지 150ppm으로 이루어진 일광 흡수 및 착색제 부분을 가지며, 시감투과율(LTA)이 약 65%이상이고, 총 일광 자외선 투과율(TSUV)이 약 38% 이하인, 적외선 및 자외선 흡수성 녹색 유리 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 철의 총 농도가 약 0.6 내지 0.8중량%이고, Fe2O3약 0.4 내지 0.5중량%인 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, CeO2약 0.9 내지 1.4중량%이고, TiO2농도가 약 0.2 내지 0.6중량%이고, Cr2O3약 40 내지 75ppm인 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 철의 총 농도가 약 0.6 내지 0.7중량%이고, Fe2O3농도가 0.48중량%미만이고, CeO2농도가 약 1 내지 1.3중량%, TiO2농도가 약 0.3 내지 0.5중량%이고, Cr2O3농도가 약 40 내지 60ppm인 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, Fe2O3농도가 0.48중량% 미만이고, 유리가 0.27 이상의 산화환원비를 갖는 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 유리의 시감투과율(LTA)이 약 70% 이상이고, 자외선 투과율(ISO UV)이 약 15% 이하인 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 유리의 시감투과율(LTA)이 약 71.5% 이상이고, 자외선 투과율(ISO UV)이 약 12% 이하인 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 유리의 자외선 투과율(ISO UV)이 약 10% 이하인 조성물.

- 제19항에 있어서, 유리의 색이 약 520 내지 535nm의 주파장 및 약 4% 이하의 여기 순도를 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제19항에 있어서, CeO2농도가 약 0.9 내지 1.4중량%이고, TiO2농도가 약 0.2 내지 약 0.6중량%이고, Cr2O3농도가 약 40 내지 75ppm인 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, CeO2농도가 약 1 내지 1.3중량%이고, TiO2농도가 약 0.3 내지 약 0.5중량%이고, Cr2O3농도가 약 40 내지 60ppm인 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 유리의 시감투과율(LTA)이 약 70% 이상이고, 총 일광 적외선 투고율(TSIR)이 약 35%이하이고, 총 일광 에너지 투과율(TSET)이 약 65% 이하인 조성물.
- 제23항에 있어서, 유리의 시감투과율(LTA)이 약 71.5% 이상이고, 자외선 투과율(ISO UV)이 약 12%이하인 조성물.

- 제27항에 있어서, 유리의 시감투과율(LTA)이 약 70%이상이고, 자외선 투과율(ISO UV)이 약 15%이하이고, 총 일광 적외선 투과율(TSIR)이 약 35% 이하이고, 총 일광 에너지 투과율(TSET)이 약 65% 이하이고, 또한 유리의 색이 약 500 내지 550nm의 주파장 및 약 5% 이하의 여기 순도를 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제28항에 있어서, 산화환원 비가 0.27 이상이고, Fe2O3농도가 0.48중량%미만이고, 유리의 색이 약 515 내지 540nm의 주파장 및 약 4%이하의 여기 순도를 특징으로 하는 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
