Abstract
본 발명은, 레디칼 반응에 의해 경화되는 수지를 기초로 경화 다성분 합성물용 고착 카트리지에 수지 성분과 충진제를 구비하는 내부 카트리지 및 경화 합성물를 구비하는 외부 카트리지가 포함된 것이다. 제위치에 로드를 놓는 작동 동안에 발생하는 분출 및 유출되지 않고 고착 로드를 완전히 박아 넣으므로 수동으로 제위치에 고착 로드를 놓고 충진제의 강도를 증가될 양 성분에 사용되기 위해, 내부 및 외부 카트리지 사이의 환형 스페이스 측폭은 최소한 카트리지의 벽두께이고 최대한 외부 카트리지의 외경의 5%에 해당된다. 또한, 수지는 충진제 부분이 수지에 부유 범위로 수지의 점도가 증가되는 딕소트로픽 시약을 포함한다. 액체와 충진제 및페스트 혼합체로서의 딕스트로픽 시약이 존재된 경화 성분은 내부 및 외부 카트리지 사이의 환형 스페이스에 완전히 충진된다.

Claims (7)
- 내부 카트리지가 충진제와 수지 성분을 포함하고, 내부 카트리지와 외부 카트리지 사이의 환형 스페이스는 경화제 성분을 포함하고, 상기 양 성분은 고착 카트리지를 수용하는 빌딩체에 천공된 구멍에 고착 로드를 박아 넣으므로 작용되는 레디칼 반응으로 경화되는 수지에 기초한 경화 다성분 합성물용 고착 카트리지에 있어서, 상기 환형 스페이스의 내측폭은 최소한 카트리지의 벽두께와 그리고 최대한 외부 카트리지의 외경의 5%에 해당하고, 수지는 충진제 부분이 수지내에 부유되는 범위로 수지의 점도를 증가하는 딕스트로픽 시약을 포함하고, 경화제 성분은 내부 및 외부 카트리지 사이에 환형 스페이스를 완전히 충진하는 페스트 혼합물로서 액체, 선택적으로는 충진제 및 딕소트로픽 시약에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화 다성분 합성물용 고착 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 성분내의 충진제는 반응성 무기물 본딩 시약이고 디스트로픽 시약은 하이드로포빅 발열 규산이며, 경화성분내의 충진제는 유리알을 구비하고, 딕스트로픽 시약은 발열규산이고 그리고 액체는 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화 다성분 합성물용 고착 카트리지.
- 제1항또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내부 카트리지의 내용물에 관계된 수지 성분의 중량비는 : a) 수지 60-64중량%, b) 무기몰 본딩 시약 34-37 중량%, c) 소수성 발열 규산 2-3중량%, d) 경화제 16-37중량%, 내부 카트리지의 내용물에 관계된 경화제의 중량비는 : (경화제 50% 비율/불활성 첨가물 50%), e) 유리알 32-38중량%, f) 발열 규산 2-3중량%, g) 물 42-48중량%인것을 특징으로 하는 경화 다성분 합성물용 고착 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지 성분은 강구를 포함하고, 상기 수지 성분과 경화 성분내의 딕소트로픽 시약은 발열규산이고, 데카하이드로-나프탈렌(데칼린)은 액체로서 경화 성분에 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 경화 다성분 합성물용 고착 카트리지.
- 제1항또는 제4항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 내부 카트리지의 내용물과 관계된 수지 성분의 중량비는 : a) 수지 30-36중량%, b) 직경 10-15㎛을 가지는 스테인레스 강구 60-66 중량%, c) 발열규산 1-1.5중량%이고, 외부 카트리지의 내용물과 경화제의 성분의 중량비는 : d) 경화제 17-19중량%, (경화제 비율 50% / 불확성 첨가물 50%), e) 데카하이드로-나프탈렌(데칼린) 71-80중량%, f) 발열 규산 5-8중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화 다성분 합성물용 고착 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외부 카트리지의 외경은 고착 로드의 외경과 같거나 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 경화 다성분 합성물용 고착 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카트리지의 벽두께는 0.3 내지 0.5㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화 다성분 합성물용 고착카트리지.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
