Abstract

PURPOSE:To exactly prevent the corrosion of an anchor as well as to alleviate friction by a method in which an anchor is made up integrally of a PC steel material and a deformed sheath and inserted and fixed in an excavated hole filled with a grout. CONSTITUTION:The free longitudinal portion of an anchor A is covered with an interior sheath 2, ane unbond PC steel material whose aperture is filled with an anticorrosive grease 3 is inserted into an exterior sheath 4, a grease 3' is packed into the aperture between the unbond PC steel material and the exterior sheath 4, and both ends of the exterior sheath 4 are sealed up with an asphalt- based hardening agent 5. The fixed longitudinal portion is fixed with a coupler clamp 6 to avoid the movement of a PC strand 1 and covered with a pilot cap 7. The whole of the PC strand 1 is covered with a deformed sheath 8, its one end is closed, the other end is fitted with the exterior sheath 4, and the fitted portion 9 is sealed up. Then, a quick-setting hardener 10 is charged into the deformed sheath 8 to combine the PC strand 1 with the deformed sheath 8 integrally.
