Abstract
폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)야안의 제조 방법 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)를 융용 방사시켜 다수의 방사된 필라멘트를 생성시키고; 방사된 필라멘트를 야안으로 형성시킨 다음; 제2단계의 연신이 제1연신비보다 현저히 높은 연신비로 수행되는 2단계 연신 공정으로 야안을 연신시키는 방법에 의해 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)가 벌크 연속 필라멘트 야안으로 형성된다.

제1도는 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)의 방사부터 연신까지의 공정도이다. 제2도는 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)의 방사부터 텍스처리까지의 공정도이다.
Claims (9)
- a) 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)를 용융 방사시켜 다수의 방사된 필라멘트를 생성시키고, b)방사된 필라멘트를 냉각시키며, c)방사된 필라멘트를 야안으로 집중시키며, d)각각 100℃미만으로 가열되는 적어도 하나의 피이드 로울러 및 각각 피이드 로울러의 온도보다 높은 온도로 80내지 150℃범위로 가열되는 적어도 하나의 제1드로우 로울러 규정된 제1연신 단계에서 1.05내지 2범위내의 제1연신비로 야안을 연신시키며, e)계속해서, 제1드로우 로울러 (들중 최종 로울러) 및 각각 (최종) 제1드로우 로울러보다 높은 100 내지 200℃범위의 온도로 가열되는 적어도 하나의 제2드로우 로울러에 의해 규정된 제2연신 단계에서 제1연신비의 적어도 2.2배의 제2연신비로 야안을 연신시킨 다음, (f)연신된 야안을 권사시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하여 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)로부터 벌크 연속 섬유 야안을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 피이트 로울러가 40 내지 85℃범위내 온도로 가열되는 방법
- 제1항 또는 2항 있어서, 제1연신비가 1.10 내지 1.35 범위내인 방법.
- 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 제2연신비가 제1연신비의 2.2 내지 3.4배 범위내인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)가 약 0.80 내지 약 1.0dl/g 범위내의 고유 점도를 갖는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연시된 야안이 텍스처라이징 처리를 거치는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 텍스처링이 340 내지 825Kpa 범위의 압력에서 공기 제트를 이용하여 수행되는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 텍스처링 단계가 150 내지 210℃범위이내의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 20%이상의 벌크를 갖고 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)야안으로 필수적으로 이루어진 섬유의 카페트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
