Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
본 발명은 폴리프로필렌계 수지조성물에 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제본 발명이 두께변화가 작고, 외관 및 내열성이 양호하고, 또한 가소화폴리염화비닐성형체와 같은 유연성을 가지며, 토목건재나 자동차용 내장표피재 등으로서 유용한 필름이나 시이트를 카렌다성형기로 성형성 좋게 만들 수 있는 폴리프로필렌계 수지조성물을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하는 것이다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
본 발명의 (A) (a) (i) 동위체탄소 핵자기공명스펙트럼(13C-NMR)에 의한 펜타드분율에 있어서, rrrr/(1-mmmm)×100이 20∼60%, (ii) 시차주사열량분석계(DSC)로 측정한 융해피크온도(Tm)가 150℃ 이상 및 (iii) DSC로 측정한 융해엔탈피( H)가 100J/ 이하인 프로필렌의 단독중합체 및/또는 4중량% 이하의 다른 올레핀 단위를 함유하는 공중합체 100∼20중량%%와 (b) 프로필렌계 이외의 올레핀단위 10∼80중량%를 함유하는 프로필렌계 공중합계 0∼80중량%로 된 폴리프로필렌계 수지 100중량부에 대하고, (B) 옥틸석지방산염, 알킬렌비스지방산아미드, 다가알콜의 지방산에스테르 및 지방족 모노카르복시산 금속염 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 지방산 유도체 0.01∼5중량부를 배합하여 된 폴리프로필렌계 수지조성물을 제공하는 것이다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
본 발명의 수지 조성물을 이용하면, 두께변화가 작고, 외관 및 내열성이 양호하고, 또 가소화폴리염화비닐성형체에 의한 유연성을 갖는 필름이나 시이트를 카렌다성형기로 성형성을 좋게 만들 수 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. (A) (a) (i) 동위체탄소 핵자기공명스펙트럼(13C-NMR)에 의한 펜타드분율에 있어서, rrrr/(1-mmmm)×100가 20∼60%, (ii) 시차주사열량분석계(DSC)로 측정한 융해피크온도(Tm)가 150℃ 이상 및 (iii) DSC로 측정한 융해엔탈피( H)가 100J/ 이하인 프로필렌의 단독중합체 및/또는 4중량% 이하의 다른 올레핀 단위를 함유하는 공중합체 100∼20중량%%와, (b) 프로필렌계이외이 올레핀단위 10∼80중량%를 함유하는 프로필렌계 공중합체 0∼80중량%로 된 폴리프로필렌계 수지 100중량부에 대하고, (B) 옥틸석지방산염, 알킬렌비스지방산아미드, 다가알콜의 지방산에스테르 및 지방산모노카르복시산금속염 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 지방산 유도체 0.01∼5중량부를 배합해서 된 폴리 프로필렌계 수지조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (B) 성분의 옥틸석지방산염이, 일반식(Ⅰ)
    (C8H17)KSn(OOC-R)4-K(Ⅰ)
    〔식중, R은 탄소수 9∼21의 알킬기 또는 알케닐기, k는 1 또는 2를 나타내고, 복수의 R-COO기는 각각 동일해도 달라도 된다.〕로 표시되는 화합물인 폴리프로필렌계 수지조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, (B) 성분분인 알킬렌비스지방산 아미드가, 에틸렌비스스테아린산 아미드 또는 메틸렌비스스테아린산 아미드인 폴리프로필렌계 수지조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, (B) 성분인 다가알콜의 지방산에스테르가, 펜타에리스리톨의 지방산 전부아니면 부분 에스테르 또는 디펜타에리스리톨의 지방산 전부 아니면 분 에스테르인 폴리프로필렌계 수지조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, (B) 성분인 지방족모노카르복시산 금속염의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 배합해서 된 폴리프로필렌계 수지조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, (B) 성분인 지방족모노카르복시산 금속염을 구성하는 금속이, 주기율표 1, 2 및 8∼14족의 어느 하나에 속하는 금속인 폴리프로필렌계 수지조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, (B) 성분인 지방족모노카르복시산 금속염을 구성하는 지방족모노카르복시산이, 관능기를 함유하고 있어도 되는 탄소수 8∼32의 포화 또는 불포화의 모노카르복시산인 폴리프로필렌계 수지조성물.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, (B) 성분인 지방족모노카르복시산 금속염을 구성하는 금속이 Li, Na, K, Cu, Mg, Ca, Ba, Sr, Zn, Cd, Al, Pb, Sn, Fe, Co 또는 Ni이고, 또 그 지방족 모노카르복시산 금속염을 구성하는 지방족모노카르복시산이, 라우린산, 미리스틴산, 팔미틴산, 아라긴산, 헵타데실산, 베헨산, 올레인산, 에라이딘산, 에루크산, 리놀산, 리놀레인산, 리시놀산, 히드록시스테아린산, 몬탄산, 이소스테아린산 또는 에폭시스테아린산인 폴리프로필렌계 수지조성물.
  9. 제1항에 기재된 수지조성물로 이루어진 카렌다성형용 수지조성물.
  10. 제1항에 기재된 폴리프로필렌계 수지조성물로 이루어진 필름 또는 시이트.
  11. 제1항에 기재된 폴리프로필렌계 수지조성물을 카렌다성형하는 필름 또는 시이트의 제조방법.
