Abstract

본 발명은 하기의 A) 내지 D)로 이루어진 열가소성 성형재료에 관한 것이다 : A) A+B를 기초로 30∼80중량%의 엘라스토머 그라프트 기부 A; B) A+B를 기초로 20∼70중량%의 그라프트 기부 A상에 그라프트된 쉘; C) 100중량부의 A+B를 기초로 0.001∼1중량부의 α-토코페롤; 및 D) C의 양을 기초로 1/2 내지 10배의 디라우릴 및 디스테아릴 및 티오디프로피온산염으로부터 선택된 티오디프로피온산 에스테르.

Claims (8)

  1. A) A를 기초로, A1) C1내지 C8의 알킬기를 갖는 90∼99.9중량%의 하나 이상의 알킬 아크릴레이트, 및 A2) 0.1∼10중량%의 하나 이상의 다관능성 교차결합 단량체로 이루어진, A+B를 기준으로 30∼80중량%의 엘라스토머 그라프트 기부; B) B를 기초로, B1) 0∼100중량%의 비닐방향족 단량체, 바람직하게는 스티렌, 또는 알킬스티렌, 바람직하게는 α-메틸스티렌, 또는 B2) 0∼100중량%의 하나 이상의 공중합가능한 극성의 불포화된 단량체, 바람직하게는 아크릴로니트릴, 메틸 메타크릴레이트 또는 페닐말레이미드를 포함하고, B1과 B2의 합이 100중량%인, A+B를 기준으로 20∼70중량%의, 그라프트 기부 A상에 그라프트된 쉘; C) 100중량부의 A+B를 기준으로 0.001∼1중량부의 α-토코페롤; D) C의 양을 기준으로 1/2배 내지 10배의 디라우릴 및 디스테아릴 티오디프로피온산염으로부터 선택된 티오디프로피온산 에스테르; E) E를 기초로 E1) 60∼90중량%의 스티렌 또는 α-메틸스티렌, E2) 10∼40중량%의 아크릴로니트릴, 및 E3) 100중량부의 E를 기초로 0∼40중량부의 PMMA로 이루어지며, E1과 E2의 합이 100중량%인, A+B+C+D+E 100중량부를 기준으로 0∼95중량부의 경질 매트릭스; 및, 필요하다면, F) 유효량의 통상적인 첨가제로 이루어진 열가소성 성형재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A가 A2에 언급된 단량체와 교차결합될 수 있고, Tg가 25℃보다 높으며, B에 언급된 단량체로 이루어진, A+B를 기초로 5∼50중량% 양의 경질 코아 K상에 그라프트됨을 특징으로 하는 성형재료.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 성분 C가 디라우릴 티오디프로피온산염임을 특징으로 하는 성형재료.
  4. A와 B의 그라프트 공중합체를 제조한 후, C와 D로 이루어진 안정화제 혼합물을 에멀션형태로 그라프트 공중합체의 에멀션에 부가하고 침전시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 성형재료의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 안정화제 혼합물이 성분 C 및 D를 혼합하고, 이 혼합물을 스테아르산과 함께 용융시킨 후, 염기, 바람직하게는 KOH를 부가함으로써 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 안정화제 혼합물이 성분 C 및 D를 혼합한 후, 유화제 수용액, 바람직하게는 스테아르산 칼륨, 알킬 술폰산염 또는 술포숙신산 에스테르를 부가함으로써 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 성형물 제조를 위한 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 청구되거나 제4항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 방법에 의해 제조된 성형재료의 사용방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 청구되거나 제4항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 방법에 의해 제조된 성형재료로부터 얻어진 성형물.
