Abstract

본 발명은 A) a1) 50 내지 90중량%의 방향족 비닐 단량체, a2) 10 내지 50중량%의 아크릴로니트릴 또는 메타크릴로니트릴, 또는 이들의 혼합물, 및 a3) 0 내지 30중량%의 추가의 단량체로 이루어진 단량체 혼합물을 중합시킴으로써 얻어질 수 있는 1 내지 99중량%의 공중합체와 B) 1) b1) b11) 100 내지 50중량%의 방향족 비닐단량체, 및 b12) 0 내지 50중량%의 아크릴로니트릴 또는 메타크릴로니트릴, 또는 이것들의 혼합물로 이루어진 60 내지 99중량%의 혼합물 및 b2) 40 내지 1중량%의 메타크릴산 또는 아크릴산의 C1-C20알킬에스테르, 또는 이러한 에스테르의 혼합물로 이루어진 단량체 혼합물을 중합시키고, 2) 상기 1)에 의해 얻어진 중합체를 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아민과 반응시킴으로써 얻어질 수 있는 방향족 비닐 단량체를 기초로 한 99 내지 1중량%의 중합체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명한 성형물에 관한 것이다.

상기 식에서, R은 C2-C10알킬, C5-C8시클로알킬, C6-C10아릴 또는 C6-C10아릴/C1-C4알킬이며, C2-C10알킬 라디칼을 제외한 이들 라디칼은 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 및 할로겐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 라디칼에 의해 3중 치환될 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. A) a1) 50 내지 90중량%의 방향족 비닐 단량체, a2) 10 내지 50중량%의 아크릴로니트릴 또는 메타크릴로니트릴, 또는 이들의 혼합물, 및 a3) 0 내지 30중량%의 추가의 단량체로 이루어진 단량체 혼합물을 중합시킴으로써 얻어질 수 있는 1 내지 99중량%의 공중합체와 B) 1) b1) b11) 100 내지 50중량%의 방향족 비닐단량체, 및 b12) 0 내지 50중량%의 아크릴로니트릴 또는 메타크릴로니트릴, 또는 이것들의 혼합물로 이루어진 60 내지 99중량%의 혼합물 및 b2) 40 내지 1중량%의 메타크릴산 또는 아크릴산의 C1-C20알킬에스테르, 또는 이러한 에스테르의 혼합물로 이루어진 단량체 혼합물을 중합시키고, 2) 상기 1)에 의해 얻어진 중합체를 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아민과 반응시킴으로써 얻어질 수 있는 방향족 비닐 단량체를 기초로 한 99 내지 1중량%의 중합체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명한 성형물.
  2. RNH2(Ⅰ)
  3. 상기 식에서, R은 C2-C10알킬, C5-C8시클로알킬, C6-C10아릴 또는 C6-C10아릴/C1-C4알킬이며, C2-C10알킬 라디칼을 제외한 이들 라디칼은 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 및 할로겐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 라디칼에 의해 3중 치환될 수 있다.
  4. A) a1) 50 내지 90중량%의 방향족 비닐 단량체, a2) 10 내지 50중량%의 아크릴로니트릴 또는 메타크릴로니트릴, 또는 이들의 혼합물, 및 a3) 0 내지 30중량%의 추가의 단량체로 이루어진 단량체 혼합물을 중합시킴으로써 얻어질 수 있는 1 내지 99중량%의 공중합체를, B) 1) b1) b11) 100 내지 50중량%의 방향족 비닐단량체, 및 b12) 0 내지 50중량%의 아크릴로니트릴 또는 메타크릴로니트릴, 또는 이것들의 혼합물로 이루어진 60 내지 99중량%의 혼합물 및 b2) 40 내지 1중량%의 메타크릴산 또는 아크릴산의 C1-C20알킬에스테르, 또는 이러한 에스테르의 혼합물로 이루어진 단량체 혼합물을 중합시키고, 2) 상기 1)에 의해 얻어진 중합체를 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아민과 반응시킴으로써 얻어질 수 있는 방향족 비닐 단량체를 기초로 한 99 내지 1중량%의 중합체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명한 성형물의 제조방법.

  7. 성형된 물품을 제조하기 위하여 제1항의 투명한 성형물을 사용하는 방법.
  8. 제1항의 투명한 성형물로부터 얻어질 수 있는 성형된 물품.
