Abstract
PURPOSE: A vinyl chloride resin composition having improved impact resistance, transparency, processability, thermal tability, and organoleptic properties, comprising a tocopherol, a sueflur-containing MBS copolymer, and a PVC polymer.
CONSTITUTION: (A) 100 parts by wt. of a methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene graft copolymer (MBS resin) is incorporated with (B) 3W30 parts by wt. of an MBS resin blend comprising (a) 0.001W2 parts by wt.of a tocopherol, (b) 0.001W 2 parts by wt. of a sulfur-containing compound of formula (m and n are integers 1W4; R1 and R2 are 8W20C alkyl groups which are straight chain or have side chains), and (c) 0W5 parts by wt. of an epoxidized vegetable oil, and (C) 97W30 parts by wh. of vinyl chloride polymer or a copolymer consisting of 70 wt.% or more of vinyl chloride. Dicapryl thiodipropionate etc. may be cited as the sulfur- containing compound
