Abstract
몰딩되는 면 파스너 제조방법에 있어서, 용해된 수지(4)는 사출 다이(1) 또는 압축 노즐(11)로부터 사출되거나 압출되며, 동시에, 굵은 망사 코어 박판은 사출되는 용해된 수지(4)와 다이 휘일(2)의 원주 표면 사이로 유입되며, 다수의 후크 요소 형성 원주 공동(5)을 갖는다. 코어 박판은, 코어 박판(S)의 포어를 통하여 용해된 수지(4)의 일부를 통과시키고 후크 요소 형성 공동(5)을 채우기 위하여, 사출할 때에 압연 로울러의 압축력에 의하여 또는 용해된 수지(4) 압력 하에서 다이 휘일(2)의 원주 표면에 대항하여 힘이 가해진다. 결과적으로, 다수의 후크 요소(4b)는 몰딩되며, 동시에, 코어 박판(S)은 후크 요소 표면 측면에 편향되어 플레이트 모양의 기초 박판(4a)에 일체로서 매립된다.

Claims (11)
- 인조 수지로 몰딩되는 면 파스너에 있어서, 플레이트 모양의 기초 박판(4a); 및 상기 플레이트 모양의 기초 박판(4a)의 한면으로부터 돌출하는 다수의 결합 요소(4b)를 포함하고, 압출 및 연속적인 사출에 의하여 몰딩되고, 상기 플레이트 모양의 기초 박판(4a)의 일면을 향하여 편향되어 향하는 실제적으로 전체 영역위에서 상기 플레이트 모양의 기초 박판(4a)에 일체로서 매립되는 굵은 망사 박판(S)에 의하여 특징지어지는 몰딩 면 파스너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 굵은 망사 박판(S)은 편물과 직물로 짜여진 박판인 것을 특징으로 하는 몰딩 면 파스너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 굵은 망사 박판(S)은 직물이 아닌 것을 특징으로 하는 몰딩 면 파스너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 굵은 망사 박판(S)은 와이어 네트인 것을 특징으로 하는 몰딩 면 파스너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 굵은 박판은 그 표면에 냅(n)을 가지며, 일부가 상기 결합 요소(4b)를 관통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 몰딩 면 파스너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 굵은 망사 박판(S)은 색을 갖거나/갖고 무늬를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 몰딩 면 파스너.
- 그 원주 표면상에 다수의 결합 요소(4b) 형성 공동(5)을 가지는 다이 휘일(2)의 원주 표면위에, 플레이트 모양의 기초 박판(4a) 및 기초 박판의 표면위에서 돌출하는 다수의 결합 요소로 구성되는 몰딩된 면 파스너를 연속적으로 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은 일 방향 회전을 위하여 다이 휘일(2)을 구동하는 단계; 다이 휘일(2)의 원주 표면에 소정의 너비에 의하여, 소정의 틈새를 갖는 다이 휘일(2)과 대면하는, 사출 다이(1)의 용해된 수지(4) 출구로부터 용해된 수지(4)를 연속적으로 사출하는 단계; 몰딩 면 파스너를 형성하기 위하여 굵은 망사 박판(S)를 통하여 용해된 수지(4)의 일부로 결합 요소(4b) 형성 공동(5)을 채우기 위하여 또한 사출다이(11)로부터 사출되는 용해된 수지(4)에 굵은 망사 박판(S)을 매립하기 위하여 다이 휘일(2)과 사출 다이(11)의 수지 출구(1d) 사이의 틈새로 굵은 망사 박판(S)을 유입하는 단계; 몰딩 면 파스너를 냉각하기 위한 냉각 수단에 의하여 다이 휘일(2)의 원주 표면을 적극적으로 냉각하는 단계; 및 다이 휘일(2)의 원주 표면으로부터 냉각된 몰딩 면 파스너를 연속적으로 꺼내는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 몰딩 면 파스너 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 수단은 다이 휘일(2)의 원주 표면을 냉각하기 위하여 다이 휘일(2)에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 몰딩 면 파스너 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 다이 휘일(2)과 면 파스너가 동시에 물 탱크(10)를 통하여 지나갈 때, 다이 휘일(2)의 일부와 냉각 물 탱크(10)안에서 다이 휘일(2)의 회전에 따라서 이동하는 면 파스너를 냉각하는 단계를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 몰딩 면 파스너 제조방법.
- 그 원주 표면상에 다수의 결합 요소(4b) 형성 공동(5)을 가지는 다이 휘일(2)의 원주 표면위에, 플레이트 모양의 기초 박판(4a) 및 기초 박판(4a)의 표면 위에서 돌출하는 다수의 결합 요소로 구성되는 몰딩된 면 파스너를 연속적으로 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 다이 휘일(2)과, 대향하는 방향으로, 그 사이에 소정의 틈새를 가지는 다이 휘일(2)과 마주보는 압연 로울러를 회전시키는 단계; 압출 노즐(11)로부터 다이 휘일(2)과 압연로울러 사이의 틈새로 용해된 수지(4)를 압출하는 단계; 용해된 수지(4)내에 굵은 망사 박판(S)을 매립하고 또한 몰딩되는 면 파스너를 형성하기 위하여 굵은 망사 박판(S)을 통하여 결합 요소(4b) 형성 공동(5)을 용해된 수지(4)의 일부로 채우기 위하여, 다이 휘일(2)과, 압출 노즐(11)로부터 압출되는 용해된 수지(4) 사이의 틈새로 굵은 망사 박판(S)을 연속적으로 유입하는 단계; 몰딩 면 파스너를 냉각하기 위한 냉각 수단에 의하여 다이 휘일(2)의 원주 표면을 적극적으로 냉각하기 위한 단계; 다이 휘일(2)의 원주 표면으로부터 냉각된 몰딩 면 파스너를 연속적으로 꺼내는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 몰딩 면 파스너 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 수단은 다이 휘일(2)의 원주 표면을 냉각하기 위하여 다이 휘일(2)에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 몰딩 면 파스너 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
