Abstract
전동 압축기의 고정자 권선의 단부와, 이를 밀봉 터미널에 접속하기 위한 신속 접속 단자 사이의 접속 작업성을 개선하는 것을 목적으로 하는 것으로, 절연 튜브를 씌운 인출부의 단부에 전기적으로 접속되는 중계 단자와, 이 중계 단자에 전기적으로 접속되고 또 밀봉 터미널에 접속되어 전동 요소에의 전력 공급을 행하는 신속 접속 단자를 구비한다. 중계 단자는 금속판의 프레스 성형으로 형성되고, 도체 압접부와 이 도체 압접부의 일단측에 형성된 원통부와, 도체 압접부의 타단측에 형성된 절연 피막 고정부를 갖고, 도체 압접부를 심선에 압접하는 동시에 절연 피막 고정부를 절연 튜브에 압접 고정하고, 원통부에 신속 접속 단자를 접속하는 것을 요지로 한다.

제2도는 본 발명의 전동 압축기의 전동 요소의 평면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 전동 압축기의 고정자 권선의 인출부의 확대도, 제4도는 중계 단자의 사시도.
Claims (3)
- 전동 요소와 압축 요소를 단일 용기 내에 수용하는 동시에, 상기 용기에 고정된 밀봉 터미널에 상기 전동 요소로부터의 고정자 권선을 접속하여 이루어지는 전동 압축기에 있어서, 절연 튜브를 씌운 고정자 권선의 단부에 전기적으로 접속되는 중계 단자와, 이 중계 단자에 전기적으로 접속되고, 또 상기 밀봉 터미널에 접속되어 상기 전동 요소에의 전력 공급을 행하는 신속 접속 단자를 구비하고 있으며, 상기 중계 단자는 금속판의 프레스 성형으로 형성되고, 도체 압접부와, 이 도체 압접부의 일측부에 형성된 원통부와, 상기 도체 압접부의 타단측에 형성된 절연 피막 고정부를 갖고, 상기 도체 압접부를 상기 고정자 권선에 압접하는 동시에, 상기 절연 피막 고정부를 상기 절연 튜브에 압접 고정하고, 상기 원통부에 상기 신속 접속 단자를 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원통부에는 땜납을 주입한 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 원통부에는 슬릿을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
