Abstract

본 발명은 공기조화기 실외유니트에 관한 것으로, 특히 실외 열교환기구성의 개량에 관한 것으로, 유니트본체(1)는 배면부와 측면부에 외부공기 흡입구(4, 5)가 개구되고, 취출구(3)가 개구되며, 상기 유니트본체(1)내에 실외 열교환기(6)와, 송풍기(12)가 배치되고, 상기 실외 열교환기(6)는 각 외부공기 흡입구에 대향하도록 평면에서 볼 때 L자 형성으로 구부려 형성되고 송풍기(12)를 둘러 싸도록 배치된 제1열교환기(7)와, 이 제1열교환기(7)의 열교환공기 상류측에서 배면부의 외부공기 흡입구(4)와의 사이에 설치되고 평면에서 볼 때 직선형상으로 형성되는 제2열교환기(8)로 이루어져, 열교환기 용량을 증가시켜 열교환 능력을 증가시킬 수 있고 아울러 열교환기를 통과하는 열교환 공기에 대한 통풍저항의 균일화에 의한 소음을 감소할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 공기조화기의 실외유니트의 한 실시예를 도시하는 개략적인 횡단면도, 제2도는 제1도의 실외 열교환기를 구성하는 제1열교환기와 제2열교환기의 일부측면도

Claims (7)

  1. 전면부에 취출구를 또한 배면부 및 측면부에는 각각 공기흡입구를 가지는 케이스로 이루어지는 본체; 상기 유니트 본체내에 배치되는 실외 열교환기; 및 상기 흡입구를 통해 도입된 공기를 상기 실외 열교환기에 도입되고 상기 실외 열교환기내를 통과하는 냉매와 열교환한 후에 상기 취출구에서 외부로 취출하는 송풍기를 구비한 공기조화기의 실외유니트에 있어서, 상기 실외 열교환기는 상기 배면부의 흡입구에 대향하는 제1직선형 상부; 상기 측면부의 흡입구에 대향하는 제2직선형상부; 상기 제1직선형상부와 제2직선형상부와의 사이에 구부러진 부분이 사이에 놓이고, 또한 상기 송풍기를 둘러 싸도록 배치되는 제1열교환기; 및 상기 제1직선형상부와 상기 배면부에 설치된 상기 외부공기 흡입구와의 사이에 설치된 직선형상으로 형성된 제2열교환기로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 실외유니트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1열교환기 및 제2열교환기는 협소한 간격을 두고 나란히 설치된 여러장의 핀을 가지며, 냉매를 도입하는 열교환 파이프를 이들 핀에 관통시켜 구성되는 핀류브타입으로서, 제1열교환기를 구성하는 열교환 파이프의 직경은 제2열교환기를 구성하는 열교환 파이프의 직경보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기의 실외유니트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1열교환기를 구성하는 열교환 파이프와 제2열교환기를 구성하는 열교환 파이프는 열교환 공기의 기류방향으로 평행하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 실외유니트.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실외 열교환기가 냉방운전시에 응측기로서 작용할 때에 상기 실외 열교환기에 공급된 냉매를 상기 제1열교환기에 최초로 도입해서 열교환하고, 그 후에 상기 제2열교환기에 도입해서 열교환을 실시하는 냉매유로를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 실외유니트.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1열교환기 및 제2열교환기에 각각 2개의 독립된 냉매유로가 형성되고, 상기 실외 열교환기가 냉방운전시에 상기 제1열교환기에 최초로 도입된 냉매는 상기 각 냉매유로를 각각 지나 상기 제2열교환기로부터 도출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 실외유니트.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2열교환기의 핀피치는 제1열교환기의 핀피치보다 조대하게 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 실외유니트.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1열교환기에 있어서, 상기 제2직선형상부의 핀피치를 상기 제1직선형상부의 핀피치보다 세밀하게 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 실외유니트.
