Abstract

특정한 폴리프로필렌 및 올레핀 공중합체 고무를 유기 퍼옥사이드 및 가교제의 존재하에서 역동 열처리함으로써 수득된 열처리된 조성물⑴ 및 특정폴리트로필렌⑵로 구성된 열가소성 수지 조성물, 및, 또한 무기질 충진제를 상술한 열가소성 수지 조성물에 혼입시킴으로써 제조된 조성물.
이들 조성물은 굴곡 모둘러스, 내열강성 및 충격강도와 같은 기게적 성질이 탁월하며, 가전 부품 등을 위해 적절하게 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. (1) JIS-K-6758에 따라 230℃에서 측정한 용융지수가 0.5 내지 10g/분인결정성 프로필렌 단독중합체 및/또는 결정성 에틸렌-프로필렌 블록 공중합체(A) 10 내지 50중량% 및 올레핀계 공중합체 고무(B) 50내지 90중량%의 혼합물을 유기 퍼옥사이드 및 가교제의 존재하에서 역동적으로 열처리하여 수득한 열처리된 물질과, ⑵ 프로필렌 단독중합체 부위의 JIS-K-6758에 따라 230℃에서 측정한 용융지수가 30 내지 150g/분이고, 프로필렌 단독중합체 부위의 이소탁틱 펜타드 분획이 0.98 이상인 프로필렌 단독중합체 부위 및 에틸렌-프로필렌 랜덤 공중합체 부위로 구성된 결정성 프로필렌 단독중합체(프로필렌 단독중합체 부위로서) 및/또는 결정성 에틸렌-프로필렌 블록 공중합체(C)를 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법으로 제조되고, 최종 열가소성 수지 조성물이 올레핀계 공중합체 고무(B)를 10 내지 40중량% 함유하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 올레핀계 공중합체 고무(B)는 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 또는 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공역폴리엔 삼원공중합체이고, 에틸렌 함량을 90 내지 40중량%이며, α-올레핀 함량은 10내지 60중량%이고, 비공역 폴리엔 함량은 0 내지 12중량%이며 무니점도 (ML1+4100℃)는 10 내지 100인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, α-올레핀은 프로필렌 또는 부텐-1인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 퍼옥사이드의 첨가량이 프로필렌 단독중합체 및/또는 에틸렌-프로필렌 블록 공중합체(A) 및 올레핀계 공중합체 고무(B)의 총중량에 대해 0.01 내지 1.0중량%인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 가교제의 첨가량이 결정성 프로필렌 단독중합체 및/또는 결정성 에틸렌-프로필렌 블록 공중합체(A) 및 올레핀계 공중합체 고무(B)의 총중량에 대해 0.01 내지 5.0중량%인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 결정성 프로필렌 단독중합체 및/또는 결정성 에틸렌-프로필렌 블록 공중합체(A) 및 올레핀계 공중합체 고무(B)의 혼합물에 대해 각각을 20 내지 40중량% 및 60 내지 80중량% 함유하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 5 내지 40중량%의 무기질 충진제(D)를 95 내지 60중량%의 열가소성 수지 조성물에 배합시킨 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 5 내지 40중량%의 무기질 충진제(D)를 95 내지 60중량%의 열가소성 수지 조성물에 배합시킨 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 5 내지 40중량%의 무기질 충진제(D)를 95 내지 60중량%의 열가소성 수지 조성물에 배합시킨 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, 5내지 40중량%의 무기질 충진제(D)를 95 내지 60중량%의 열가소성 수지 조성물에 배합시킨 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 청구한 조성물의 형상 물품.
