Abstract

Claims (46)

  1. (a) 양전하의 오가노-치환된 헤테로원자를 하나 이상 포함하는 헤테로방향족 양이노; 및 (b) 1 보다 큰 결합차수의 결합을 하나 이상 갖는 방향족 고리의 일부가 아닌 양전하의 헤테로원자를 하나 이상 포함하는 양이온으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 양이온으로 양이온 교환된 층상 광물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 카올리나이트(kaolinite)류, 몬모릴로나이트(montmorillonite)류, 일라이트(illite)류 또는 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되는 층상 광물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 카올리나이트류가 카올리나이트, 할로이사이트(halloysite), 딕카이트(dickite) 또는 네이크라이트(nacrite)를 포함하는 층상 광물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 몬모릴로나이트류가 몬모릴로나이트, 논트로나이트(nontronite), 베이덜라이트(beidellite), 헥토라이트(hectorite) 또는 사포나이트(saponite)를 포함하는 층상 광물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 일라이트류가 함수 운모, 펭가이트(phengite), 브람말라이트(brammallite), 글라우코마이트(glaucomite) 또는 셀라도나이트(celadonite)를 포함하는 층상 광물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 케냐이트(kenyaite), 매가다이트(magadite), 무스코바이트(muscovite), 사우코나이트(sauconite), 베르미큘라이트(vermiculite), 볼콘스코이트(volkonskoite), 피로필릭(phyrophylic), 운모 또는 스멕타이트(smectite)인 층상 광물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, (a)의 상기 양이온 및 (b)의 상기 양이온이 N, P, O 및 S로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 헤테로원자를 포함하는 층상 괴물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 양전하의 오가노-치환된 헤테로원자를 하나 이상 포함하는 상기 헤테로방향족 양이온이피롤, 이미다졸, 티아졸, 옥사졸, 피리딘, 피리미딘, 퀴놀린, 이소퀴놀린, 인돌, 퓨린, 벤즈이미다졸, 벤조티아졸, 벤족사졸, 피라진, 퀴녹살린, 퀴나졸린, 아크리딘, 페나진, 이미다조피리딘 또는 디피리딜의 오가노-치환된 염인 층상 광물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 오가노-치환된 헤테로원자가 C1내지 C25의 지방족, 치환족 또는 방향족 기로 치환되는 층상 광물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 헤테로방향족 양이온이 N-C1내지18피리디늄 양이온인 층상 광물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 1보다 큰 결합치수의 결합을 하나 이상 갖는 방향족 고리의 일부가 아닌 양전하의 헤테로원자를 하나 이상 포함하는 상기 양이온이 하기 일반식을 갖는 층상 광물:
    상기 식에서, R1, R2, R3및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소, C1내지 C20의 알킬기, 방향족 라디칼, 치환된 헤테로원자 또는(이때, R5는 수소 또는 C1내지 C10의 알킬 기임)이거나 또는 R1과 R2, R3과 R4, R1과 R3및 R2와 R4중 하나 이상은 이들을 연결하는 원자와 함께 4 내지 10원의 환상 또는 이환상 고리를 형성한다.
  12. 제11항에 있어서. 방향족 고리의 일부가 아닌 양전하의 헤테로원자를 하나 이상 포함하는 상기 양이온이구아니딘 또는 아미딘의 염인 층상 광물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 구아니딘의 염이 헥사알킬구아니디늄 염인 층상 광물.
  14. (a) (i) 양전하의 오가노-치환된 헤테로원자를 하나 이상 포함하는 헤테로방향족 양이온, 및 (ii) 1 보다 큰 결합차수의 결합을 하나 이상 갖는 방향족 고리의 일부가 아닌 양전하의 헤테로원자를 하나 이상 포함하는 양이온으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 아상의 양이온으로 양이온 교환시킨 층상 광물; 및 (b) 유리 시스템을 포함하는 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 층상 광물이 카올리나이트류, 몬모릴로나이트류 또는 일라이트류에서 선택되는 조성물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 카올리나이트류가 카올리나이트, 할로이사이트, 딕카이트 또는 네이크라이트를 포함하는 조성물.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 몬모릴로나이트류가 몬모릴로나이트, 논트로나이트, 베이델라이트, 헥토라이트 또는 사포나이트를 포함하는 조성물.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 일라이트류가 함수 운모, 펭가이트, 브람말라이트, 글라우코마이트 또는 셀라도나이트를 포함하는 조성물.
  19. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 층상 광물이 케냐이트, 매가다이트, 무스코바이트, 사우코나이트, 베르미큘라이트, 볼콘스코이트, 피로필릭, 운모 또는 스멕타이트인 조성물.
  20. 제14항에 있어서, (a)의 상기 양이온 및 (b)의 상기 양이온이 N, P, O 및 S로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 헤테로원자를 포함하는 조성물.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 양전하의 오가노-치환된 헤테로원자를 하나 이상 포함하는 상기 헤테로방향족 양이온 이 피롤, 이미다졸, 티아졸, 옥사졸, 피리딘, 피리미딘, 퀴놀린, 이소퀴놀린, 인돌, 퓨린, 벤즈이미다졸, 벤조티아졸, 벤족사졸, 피라진, 퀴녹살린, 퀴나졸린, 아크리딘, 페나진, 이미다조피리딘 또는 디피리딜의 오가노-치환된 염인 조성물.
  22. 21항에 있어서, 상기 오가노-치환된 헤테로원자가 C1내지 C25의 지방산, 치환족 또는 방향족 기로 치환되는 조성물.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 헤테로방향족 양이온이 N-C1내지18피리디늄 양이온인 조성물.
  24. 제14항에 있어서, 1 보다 큰 결합차수의 결합을 하나 이상 갖는 방향족 고리의 일부가 아닌 양전하의 헤테로원자를 하나 이상 포함하는 상기 양이온이 하기 일반식을 갖는 조성물:
    상기식에서, R1, R2, R3및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소, C1내지 C20의 알킬기, 방향족 라디칼, 치환된 헤테로원자는 또는(이때, R5는 수소 또는 C1내지 C10의 알킬 기임)이거나 R1과 R2, R3과 R4, R1과 R3및 R2와 R4중 하나 이상은 이들을 연결하는 원자와 함께 4 내지 10원의 환상 또는 이환상 고리를 형성한다.

  26. 제25항에 있어서, 상기 구아니딘의 염이 헥사알킬구아니디늄 염인 조성물.
  27. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 유기 시스템이 거대환상 올리고머, 선형 중합체 또는 분지된 중합체를 포함하는 조성물.
  28. 제27항에 있어서, 상기 유기 시스템이 거대환상 올리고머이며, 거대환상 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에스테르, 폴리이미드, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리페닐렌 에테르-폴리카보네이트 올리고머, 및 이들로부터 제조된 블렌드, 조성물 또는 코올리고머로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 조성물.
  29. 제28항에 있어서, 상기 유기 시스템이 선형 또는 분지된 중합체이며, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에스테르, 폴리페닐렌 에테르, 폴리이미드, 올레핀, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리아미드, 폴리아릴렌 설파이드, 폴리설폰, 폴리에테르케톤, 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 스티렌 공중합체, 폴리스티렌, 및 이들로부터 제조된 블렌드, 조성물 및 공중합체로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 조성물.
  30. 제29항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르가 폴리(1,2-에틸렌 테레프탈레이트), 폴리(1,4-부틸렌 테레프탈레이트), 폴리(1,2-에틸렌 2,6-나프탈렌디카복실레이트) 또는 이들로부터 제조된 공중합체인 조성물.
  31. 제29항에 있어서, 상기 폴리페닐렌 에테르가 2,6-디메틸 1,4-페닐렌 에테르 단위 또는 2,3,6-트리메틸-1,4-페닐렌 에테르 단위의 단독중합체 또는 이들로부터 제조된 공중합체를 포함하는 조성물.
  32. 제29항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트가 비스페놀 A 폴리카보네이트인 조성물.
  33. 제14항에 있어서, 석영, 브로타이트(brotite), 리모나이트(limonite), 함수 운모 또는 장석을 포함하는 조성물.
  34. 제28항에 따른 조성물의 중합 생성물인 조성물.
  35. (a) 거대환상 올리고머; 및 (b) 하기 일반식의 양이온으로 양이온 교환된 층상 광물을 포함하는 조성물:
    상기식에서, R6은 각각 독립적으로 수소, C1내지 C20의 알킬 기, 또는 치환되거나 또는 치환되지 않은 방향족 라디칼이거나, 또는 두 R6은 이들을 연결하는 원자와 함께 4 내지 12원의 환상 또는 이환상 고리를 형성 할 수 있고, X는 N, P 또는 S이며, y는 음이온이다.
  36. 제35항에 있어서, 상기 음이온이 C1 또는 Br인 조성물.
  37. 제37항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르가 폴리(1,2-에틸렌 테레프탈레이트), 폴리(1,4-부틸렌 테레프탈레이트), 폴리(1,2-에틸렌 2,6-나프탈렌디카복실레이트) 및 이들의 공중합체인 조성물.
  38. 제37항에 있어서, 상기 폴리페닐렌 에테르가 2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌 에테르 단위 또는 2,3,6-트리메틸-1,4-페닐렌 에테르 단위의 단독중합체 및 이들의 공중합체를 포함하는 조성물.
  39. 제37항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트가 비스페놀 A 폴리카보네이트인 조성물.
  40. 제35항에 있어서, 상기 층상 광물이 카올리나이트류, 몬모릴로나이트류 또는 일라이트류에서 선택되는 조성물.
  41. 제41항에 있어서, 상기 카올리나이트류가 카올리나이트, 할로이사이트, 딕카이트 또는 네이크라이트를 포함하는 조성물.
  42. 제41항에 있어서, 상기 몬모릴로나이트류가 몬모릴로나이트, 논트로나이트, 베이델라이트, 헥토라이트 또는 사포나이트를 포함하는 조성물.
  43. 제41항에 있어서, 상기 일라이트류가 함수 운모, 펭가이트, 브람말라이트, 글라우코마이트 또는 셀라도나이트를 포함하는 조성물.
  44. 제35항에 있어서, 상기 층상 광물이 케냐이트, 매가다이트, 무스코바이트, 사우코나이트, 베르미큘라이트, 불콘스코이드, 피로필릭, 운모 또는 스멕타이트인 조성물.
  45. (a) 거대환상 올리고머; 및 (b) 층상 광물의 혼합물에 중합 촉매를 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는, 층상광물 및 중합된 유기 시스템을 포함하는 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  46. 제35항에 따른 조성물의 중합 생성물인 조성물.
