Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 바닥매트에 관한 것으로, 이 바닥매트가 표면층(12)과 이면층(14)으로 구성되는 바닥매트시이트(10)로 구성된다. 표면층(12)은 폴리염화비닐시이트로 구성되고 이면층(14)은 저융점스테플섬유와 폴리에스터스테플섬유를 혼성하여 얻은 부직포로 구성된다. 바닥매트 시이트(10)를 자동차바닥면에 일치하는 형상을 갖도록 모울드성형시 저융점스테플섬유의 열변형으로 형상유지 기능이 발휘된다. 본 발명은 이러한 자동차용 바닥매트를 제조하는 방법도 제공한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 자동차바닥면에 전개되어 사용되는 자동차용 바닥매트에 있어서, 이 자동차용 바닥매트가 폴리염화비닐 시이트로 된 표면층(12)과, 저융점스테플섬유와 폴리에스터스테플섬유를 혼성하여 얻은 부직포로 된 이면층(14)이 적층된 바닥매트시이트(10)로 구성되고 바닥매트시이트(10)의 모울드성형시 이면층(14)의 형상유지 기능으로 자동차바닥면의 형상과 일치하는 형상을 갖게됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 바닥매트.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 이면층(14)을 구형하는 부직포사 60%의 저융점스테플섬유와 40%의 폴리에스터스테플섬유로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 바닥매트.
  3. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 저융점스테플섬유의 융점범위가 120°~180℃임을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 바닥매트.
  4. 표면층(12)과 이면층(14)으로 구성되는 바닥매트시이트(10)를 이용하여 자동차바닥면에 전개되는 자동차용 바닥매트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 이 방법이 표면층(12)을 구성하는 폴리염화비닐시이트를 압출하는 단계, 폴리염화비닐시이트를 압출시 저융점스테플섬유와 폴리에스터스테플섬유를 혼성하여 얻은 부직포를 공급하여 표면층(12)에 대하여 이면층(14)을 적층하는 단계와, 표면층(12)과 이면층(14)이 적층되어 구성되는 바닥매트시이트(10)를 저융점스테플섬유의 융점범위이상의 온도에서 모울드성형되는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동자용 바닥매트의 제조방법.
