Abstract
본 발명은 (a) 분쇄된 석탄과, 석탄 100중량부당 100~233중량부의 용제와, 석탄 100중량부당 0.5~10중량부의 촉매로부터 석탄슬러리를 만드는 단계; (b) 350~480℃의 온도와 20~200기압의 압력하에서 상기 석탄술러리와 코크스로 가스를 반응시켜 액화물을 생성하는 단계; (c) 상기 액화물을 액화슬러리와 가스로 분리하는 단계; (d) 액화슬러리를 증류하여 액화유와 용제정제석탄을 생성하는 단계; (e)상기 액화유를 단계(a)를 위한 용제로서 순환시키는 단계로 이루어진 석탄액화 방법에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 일 실시예의 설명도이다.
Claims (7)
- 다음의 단계들을 포함하는 석탄액화방법; (a) 분쇄된 석탄과, 석탄 100중량부당 100~233중량부의 용제와, 석탄 100중량부당 0.5~10중량부의 촉매로부터 석탄슬러리를 만드는 단계; (b)350~480℃의 온도와 20~200기압의 압력하에서 상기 석탄슬러리와 코크스로 가스를 반응시켜 액화물을 생성하는 단계; (c) 상기 액화물을 액화슬러리와 가스로 분리하는 단계; (d) 액화슬러리를 증류하여 액화유와 융제정제석탄을 생성하는 단계; (e) 상기 액화유를 단계(a)를 위한 용제로서 순환시키는 단계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)에서, 열분해에 의해 액체상 또는 기체상의 탄화수소를 생성시키는 고칼로리 물질을 석탄슬러리에 혼합하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 고칼로리 물질은 중유인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 고칼로리 물질은 플라스틱인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매는 황석철광(pyrite)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(d)에서의 증류는 300~350℃의 온도와 1~5토르의 압력에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(b)에서 온도는 390~420℃이고, 압력은 30~100기압인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
