Abstract
본 발명은 절연성 발포물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 바람직하게는, 발포물은 페놀 포름알데히드로부터 제조한다. 발포물을 제조하기 위한 발포제는 발포물 셀의 내부 표면을 코팅하는 막 형성 물질을 포함한다. 코팅된 발포물은 더나은 열 전도성을 갖는다.

Claims (20)
- 하기의 단계로 구성된 절연성 발포물의 제조 방법; a. 발포 조성물의 제공 단계; b. 막형성 첨가제를 함유하는 발포제의 제공 단계; 및 c. 조성물을 혼합하여 발포를 개시하고 코팅된 셀을 갖는 절연 발포물을 제조하는 단계(각각의 셀은 내부표면을 갖으며, 코팅 물질은 연속적으로 셀의 내부 표면을 코팅한다); 및 d. 발포물을 입방피트당 0.5 내지 3.0파운드(8.009 내지 48.055kg/m2)범위의 밀도로 경화시키는 단계(코팅된 셀을 갖는 발포물은 0.200BTU×in h-1ft-20F-1(0.029w/m·K)이하의 열전도성을 갖는다).
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포 조성물은 열가소성 또는 열경화성 조성물로부터 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포 조성물은 페놀-포름알데히드 수지로부터 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실질적으로 유리 포름알데히드가 없고, 4~8%의 수분함량 및 40℃에서 5,000cps(5Pa·s)내지 40,000cps(40Pa·s)범위의 점성을 갖는 페놀 포름알데히드 레졸 수지로부터 발포 조성물을 제조하고, 생성된 발포 조성물은 밀폐-셀 레졸 발포물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 셀벽 및 막형성 코팅부가 다층 차단막을 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 셀벽 및 막형성 코팅부가 밀폐된 셀의 내부를 통한 공기의 침입 및 절연 가스의 누출에 대한 차단벽 역할을 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅 물질이 중합체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅제가 계면 활성제 및 광물성 또는 식물성 오일의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅 물질이 폴리비닐 알코올, 폴리아크릴산, 폴리비닐 피롤리돈, 또는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 코팅 물질이 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트인 방법.
- (a) 발포성 조성물, (b) 막형성 코팅물질을 함유하는 발포제로부터 생성되고, 코팅된 셀(각각의 셀은 내부 표면을 갖으며, 코팅 물질은 연속적으로 밀폐 셀의 내부 표면을 코팅한다) 및 입방피트당 0.5 내지 3.0파운드 (8.009 내지 48.055kg/m2)범위의 밀도(코팅된 셀을 갖는 발포물은 0.200BTU×in h-1ft-20F-1(0.029w/m·K)이하의 열전도성을 갖는다)를 갖는 절연성 발포물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 발포 조성물이 열가소성 또는 열경화성 조성물인 발포물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 발포 조성물이 페놀-포름알데히드 수지인 발포물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 발포 조성물은 실질적으로 유리 포름알데히드가 없고, 4~8%의 수분함량 및 40℃에서 5,000cps(5Pa·s)내지 40,000cps(40Pa·s)범위의 점성을 갖는 페놀 포름알데히드 레졸 수지이고, 생성된 발포 조성물은 밀폐-셀 레졸 발포물인 발포물.
