Abstract

본 발명은 취입성형이 레졸중에 있는 수분에 의하여 폴리이소시아네이트(메틸디페닐디이소시아네이트)의 부분적 가수분해에 의한 이산화 탄소의 발생에 의하여 성취되는 현장 이산화탄소 취입 독립 기포 절연 발포체를 형성한다. 본 발명은 추가의 발포제를 사용하지 않는다. 반응은 빠르며 수득한 생성물은 장기간 열 수행능을 나타내는 작은, 독립 기포를 갖는다.

Claims (16)

  1. 레졸은 페놀 및 페놀을 갖는 포름 알데히드의 반응 생성물이며; 포름알데히드의 비는 1.1;1 내지 1;3.0의 범위이고, 레졸 반응 생성물은 탈수되어 레졸 반응 생성물의 총중량을 기준을 0.1 내지 7.5 중량% 범위의 수분 함량이 되며, 40℃에서 2,000 내지 20,000cps의 점도를 갖는; 외부 발포제가 없는 계면활성제 및 촉매의 존재하에 폴리이소시아네이트 및 레졸의 반응 생성물을 함유하는 저밀도, 미공성의 경질 발포체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 레졸 반응 생성물의 수분에 의한 폴리이소시아네이트의 부분적 가수분해에 의하여 이산화 탄소의 방출로 현장에서 발포체가 형성되는 레졸 발포체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 발포체가, 기포는 80μk 이하의 평균 기포 크기를 가지며 벽체는 1μk 이하의 평균 크기의 기포를 갖는 기포 벽 및 벽체(strut)의 기포를 함유하는 레졸 발포체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트는 메틸 디페닐 디이소시아네이트인 레졸 발포체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제는 알킬렌 글리콜-폴리옥시알킬렌 블록 공중합체인 레졸 발포체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제는 에틸렌 옥시드-프로필렌옥시드 블록 공중합체인 레졸 발포체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 유기 주석 촉매인 레졸 발포체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 옥탄산 조주인 레졸 발표체.
  9. (a) 0.1% 내지 7.5%의 수분 함량 및 40℃에서 2,000cps 내지 20,000cps 범위의 점도를 갖는 페놀 포름알데히드 레졸 반응 생성물; (b) 폴리이소시아네이트; (c) 계면활성제; 및 (d) 촉매의 발포 조성물을 제공하는 단계; 발포를 시작하여 외부 발포제가 없는 레졸 발포체를 생성하도록 조성물을 혼합하는 단계; 레졸 발포체를 입방 피트당 1.5파운드 이하의 밀도로 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 저밀도, 미공성, 경질 레졸 발포체의 제조 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 레졸 반응 생성물의 수분 및 폴리이소시아네이트의 부분적 가수분해에 의하여 이산화탄소를 방출시키므로서 현장에서 발포체를 형성하는 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 발포체가, 기포는 80μk 이하의 평균 기포 크기를 가지는 벽체는 1μk 이하의 평균 크기의 기포를 갖는 기포 벽 및 벽체의 기포를 함유하는 방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트는 메틸 디페닐 디이소시아네이트인 방법.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 계면활성제는 알킬렌 글리콜-폴리옥시알킬렌 블록 공중합체인 방법.
