Abstract
(목적) 토지의 효과적인 이용을 도모하고, 발효처리공정에 있어서의 악취가스 및 배수의 문제를 해결하고, 예비 발효에서 숙성에 이르는 모든 공정을 1개의 장치내에서 행할 수 있는 입체다단형 다목적 발효장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
(구성) 입체다단형 다목적 발효장치는 발효층(2), 발효층(2)의 정점부에 설치되어 있는 배출구(3), 발효층의 밑에 설치되어 있는 숙성층(4), 숙성층(4) 밑에 설치되어 있는 예비발효층(6)으로 이루어진다. 각 발효층(2)은 원주방향으로 회전가능한 지지수단(20), 상기 지지수단에 착탈자유롭게 연결되어 있는 발효장치 저면에 대하여 수평방향으로 회전가능한 복수의 교반블레이드(32)를 가지는 교반수단(30), 상기 교반수단의 하측에 설치되어 있는 기체도입수단(40), 개폐 자유로운 이송용개구수단(50), 발효층 정점부에 설치되어 있는 필터수단(60)을 구비한다.

Claims (6)
- 대략 원통상 하우징을 가지는 적어도 1개의 발효조와, 상기 발효조의 중심으로부터 반경방향 바깥쪽으로 연장하며, 상기 중심에 관련하여 회전가능한 지지수단과, 상기 지지수단에 착탈 자유롭게 연결하여 지지되어 있으며, 각각 발효조의 저면에 대하여 대략 수평방향으로 회전가능한 복수의 교반블레이드를 가지는 복수의 교반수단과, 상기 발효조의 저면상에서 상기 교반수단의 하측에 설치되어 있는 기체도입수단과, 상기 발효조의 저면에 설치되어 있는 개폐 자유로운 이송용개구수단과, 적어도 최상단의 발효조의 정점면에 설치되어 있는 필터수단과, 상기 발효조와 연통되어 있는 숙성조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체다단형 다목적 발효장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 교반수단은 상기 교반블레이드가 설치되어 있는 교반블레이드 구동축을 포함하고, 상기 구동축은 상기 지지수단에 착탈 자유롭게 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체다단형 다목적 발효장치.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 숙성조의 상단에 적어도 2조의 상기 발효조가 연결되어 조립되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체다단형 다목적 발효장치.
- 제1항에 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필터수단은 고온균에서 중온균으로 변천한 단계의 미생물군을 고정증식·배양한 퇴비를 탈취 여과재로서 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체다단형 다목적 발효장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 숙성조의 하단에 예비 발효를 행하는 액체 발효조가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체다단형 다목적 발효장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 액체발효조와 상기 발효조를 연결하고, 상기 액체발효층으로부터 발효조까지 예비 발효산물을 이송하는 이송수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체다단형 다목적 발효장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
