Abstract
본 발명은, 전자부품을 자동적으로 기판에 실장하는 전자부품실장장치에 관한 것이며, 특히 리이드선을 가진 전자부품을 기판에 삽입하고, 그 리이드선을 절단하여, 구부려서 전자부품을 기판에 고정하는 전자부품실장장치에 관한 것으로서, 장치의 구성을 간소화하고, 구동모터를 소형화해서 기동, 정지시간을 단축하여, 실장사이클타임의 단축호를 도모하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이며, 그 구성에 있어서, 리이드선을 가진 전자부품을 테이핑된 상태에서 공급하는 부품공급부(1)와, 부품공급부(1)로부터 공급된 전자부품을 테이핑으로부터 분리해서 기판(3)에 삽입하는 삽입헤드(3)와, 기판(2)을 사이에 두고 삽입헤드(3)와 대향하고, 기판(2)에 삽입된 전자부품의 리이드선을 절단하여 구부려서 전자부품을 기판(2)에 고정하는 고정헤드(6)를 구비하고, 삽입헤드(3)와 고정헤드(6)를 각각 독립해서 구동하는 AC서보모터(4),(7)을 각각 따로 설치하고, 또한 이들을 동기해서 구동제어하는 수단(10)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예의 전자부품실장장치의 사시도.
Claims (4)
- 리이드선을 가진 전자부품을 테이핑된 상태에서 공급하는 부품공급부와, 부품공급부로부터 공급된 전자부품을 테이핑으로부터 분리해서 기판에 삽입하는 삽입헤드와, 기판을 사이에 두고 삽입헤드와 대향하고, 기판에 삽입된 전자부품의 리이드선을 절단하여 구부려서 전자부품을 기판에 고정하는 고정헤드를 구비하고, 삽입헤드와 고정헤드를 각각 독립해서 구동하는 구동원을 각각 따로 설치하고 또한 양구동원을 동기해서 구동제어하는 수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자부품실장장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 삽입헤드와 고정헤드는 각각 캠에 의해 구동되고, 각각의 캠이 장착된 구동축에 각각 구동모터와 회전위치를 검출하는 인코더를 배설하고, 인코더의 출력신호에 의해 삽입헤드의 캠과 고정헤드의 캠을 동기시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 전자부품실장장치.
- 리이드선을 가진 전자부품을 테이핑된 상태에서 공급하는 부품공급부와, 부품공급부로부터 공급된 전자부품을 테이핑으로부터 분리해서 기판에 삽입하는 삽입헤드와, 기판을 사이에 두고 삽입헤드와 대향하고, 기판에 삽입된 전자부품의 리이드선을 절단하여 구부려서 전자부품을 기판에 고정하는 고정헤드를 구비하고, 삽입헤드를 구동하는 캠이 장착된 구동축에 구동모터와 회전위치를 검출하는 인코더를 배설하고, 고정헤드는, 고정헤드전체를 상하동시키는 승강부와, 고정헤드내에 배설되어 전자부품의 리이드선을 절단해서 구부리는 구부리기부에 의해 구성하고, 승강부와 구부리기부에 각각 구동모터와 회전위치를 검출하는 인코더를 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자부품실장장치.
- 제3행에 있어서, 삽입헤드의 인코더의 출력신호를 근거로 고정헤드의 승강부와 구부리기부의 구동모터를 동작시켜, 삽입헤드의 고정헤드를 동기시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 전자부품실장장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
