Abstract

광학픽업 등의 광학장치에 있어서, 부품개수의 삭감 및 광학적 배치설정에 있어서의 얼라인먼트의 간단화를 가능하게 하고, 장치 전체의 간소화, 소형화를 도모하고, 또한 푸시풀법의 잇점을 살려서, 안정된 트래킹서보를 가능하게 한다.
발광부(4)와, 수속(收束)수단(3)과, 수광부(5)와를 가지고, 수속수단(3)에서 의하여 발광부(4)로부터의 출사광 LF을 피조사부(被照射部)(2)에 수속조사하고, 또한 피조사부(2)로부터 반사된 귀환광 LR을 수속시키고, 수속수단(3)의 피조사부(2)로부터의 귀환광 LR에 관한 공초점(共焦点) 근방에 수광부(5)를 배치하고, 발광부(4)로부터의 출사광 LF이 피조사부(2)에 있어서 반사되기 전 및 후에 있어서, 동축의 경로를 통과하여 수광부(5)에 있어서 수광되는 구성으로 하고, 수광부(5)에 있어서 푸시풀법에 의하여 신호를 검출하는 광학장치이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 발광부와, 수속(收束)수단과, 수광부와를 가지고, 상기 수속수단에서 의하여 상기 발광부로부터의 출사광을 피조사부(被照射部)에 수속조사하고, 또한 피조사부로부터 반사된 귀환광을 수속시키고, 상기 수속수단의 상기 피조사부로부터의 귀환광에 관한 공초점(共焦点) 근방에 상기 수광부를 배치하고, 상기 발광부로부터의 출사광이 상기 피조사부에 있어서 반사되기 전 및 후에 있어서, 동축(同軸)의 경로를 통과하여 상기 수광부에 있어서 수광되는 구성으로 하고, 상기 수광부에 있어서 푸시풀법에 의하여 신호를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
  2. 수평공진기형 레이저와, 이 레이저의 한쪽의 출사끝면에 면하여 배치된 반사부에 의하여 구성된 발광부와 이 반사부상에 형성된 수광부와를 가지고, 상기 수광부는 상기 레이저의 귀환광의 공초점위치근방에 배치되고, 상기 수광부에 있어서 푸시풀법에 의하여 신호를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 동일 기판상에, 상기 발광부와, 상기 수광부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 동일 기판상에, 상기 발광부와, 상기 수광부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
